I'm glad that I call the hotel much earlier since I'm going to check in the midnight since I'm comi g from Penang, and the staff attended me really well since they have self check-in machine. It was a very convenient initiative by the hotel.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot.

Die Person am Zähler gibt Ihnen ein Handtuch, aber wenn Sie sich heraussehen, müssen Sie das Handtuch auf den Zähler bringen und aussehen. Ich möchte fragen, warum das Handtuch abgenommen wird, ob es verwendet wird oder nicht, wird die Reinigungsstätte es nicht reinigen? Aber es gab eine malische Mädchen, die mir gut diente. Ich habe das falsche Zimmer am falschen Tag reserviert, so dass ich um Erstattung bitte, und sie würde mir sagen, wie ich den Kundenservice anrufen soll.

Very easy access to UPM, KL and BANGI. Near to KTM Serdang and all the amenities are great.

The hotel was Good but unfortunately they didnt keep my items that i have left there..The cleaner go to throw my stuff😢..

The place is accessible to stay however the Staffs are not friendly enough
