One of the best hotel available in Putrajaya. Location is just a few steps away from Alamanda. Spacious and clean room. Very good buffet breakfast. Overall, it was good stay.

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

Really enjoyed my stay in Bangi Resort! The receptionist let me to check in early and check out tad bit late and I can’t thank enough for that. They also upgraded my room with amazing golf course view. I booked this resort because I just wanted to clear my mind and it was sensational. I did not have to go out of the resort to kill my time. Plenty of restaurants inside, managed to dine in at De’wan and myburgerlab during my stay. The in room dining also served really good food! I also enjoyed my time at the gym and to my surprise, guest can have access to the wet sauna, dry sauna and jacuzzi! I think not many guests are aware of it and I had the place all to myself despite during my trip was during a peak period (public holiday & school holiday). The cons, they required RM250 deposit and can only be paid by cash or credit card. They did not accept debit card and I had to take Grab to the nearest mall and cost me RM12 just to withdraw my money. Quite troublesome! The breakfast was below par honestly, not much of a selection compared to other 4-5 stars hotel and taste wise was below average. The only thing I enjoyed is their congee with youtiao. The in room dining charge RM10 for delivery which I dont think it makes any sense just for them to use the lift from the first floor and deliver it to my room. First time I go to a hotel that charge delivery fee for in room dining. They have like a farm tour or something but I didnt get any explanation of it during my check in. When I came to know about it, they told me that the tour only operates on Saturday evening and when I asked about that, the group just left for the trip. Quite a bummer because they didnt offered me this trip during my check in and I didnt get a chance to experience the activities in their farm. Lastly, I wish they would provide bathrobe in the room and everything else was great! The receptionist named Khairunnisa deserved a raise for providing me excellent service. Thank you!

Ich bin regelmäßig bei Ibis Cheras, ich bin etwa 4 mal im Jahr und jedes Mal etwa 3-5 Tage. Die Lage ist für mich angemessen, da ich hier bin, um Familie zu sehen. Mit einem burgundischen Essen ist ein kurzer Spaziergang entfernt, Mahlzeiten oder Abendessen ist nahe an der Hand. Trotz der guten Punkte über Ibis, das schöne Zimmer und gutes WLAN scheinen einige Dinge verloren zu sein. Es sieht aus, als würden sie ihre alten eroderten Handtücher wieder verwenden. Auch die Wäsche im Badezimmer muss ordnungsgemäß gereinigt werden, weil die Form in eingestellt ist. Der Rollerschirm im Badezimmer ist verfärbt. Alle diese Dinge werden von den positiven des Zimmers und dem Aufenthalt abgezogen. Das Frühstück scheint auch in Standards gefallen zu sein, und das neue Mahlzeitraum sieht überhaupt nicht wie ein Restaurant aus. Es wäre gut, wenn sie sich diese Dinge ansehen und einige davon lösen könnten.

Für unseren 4 Tage 3 Nachtaufenthalt kam dieser servierte Aufenthalt mit fast allem, was Sie brauchen, z.B.: großer Blick, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Haarbläser, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank, etc., aber sie haben uns nur mit 1 Autopark & 1 Zugangskarte (mit RM100 als rückzahlbare Einzahlung) n keine flat rate für den Parkplatz des Gästes, wenn mehr als 1 Auto. Das Zimmer war relativ sauber n neu, aber der Wasserdruck der Dusche war nicht groß. Zimmerservice nur jeden 2-3 Tag. Insgesamt ist ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber sie können sicherlich besser.

Vorteil: - Strategische Lage des Hotels. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. - Das Hotelzimmer ist geräumig und sauber. - Freundliches Hotelpersonal. - Schnelles WLAN. - Viele Fernsehsendungen. Es gibt HBO. - Klimaanlage und Warmwasserdusche funktionieren gut. Nachteile: - Als ich einchecken wollte, war das Hotel noch nicht voll, also musste ich warten. - Es stehen keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung und öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels sind ziemlich schwer zu bekommen, Sie müssen bis nach Feierabend warten. - Gesichtsspiegel sind nur in der Toilette vorhanden, idealerweise auch im Zimmer.

Room was nicely in size, comfortable, clean.. Shower room and toilet are separated.. Location wise it depend on what ur stay for.. It is located near factories area.. Around the hotel there are multiple condo/apartment of almost similar design building with the hotel.. About 15-20 min drive to stadium shah alam/aeon shah alam.. Amenities like iron, iron board, dental kit, shaving kit are provide upon request, they mention as a step for greener world.. Water heater work well.. Air cond also work well.. Gym was okay.. Basic machine that can cover full body exercises..

The place is a bit difficult to find since there are constructions still ongoing, entered the parking lot and got scolded by the rude foreigner guard as i did not stop the car for him to get my name which is not stated earlier. Otherwise the room is spacious and clean except for the mouldy fridge. Smart TV with netflix is a plus point. The bed seriously need some adjustment perhaps with mattress topper as its not comfortable at all. Other than the rude foreigner guard and the bed, i would say its a fair stay with the given price.
