Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed your stay. The buffets were top tier and the activities that the hotel offers are really well organized and the drivers are friendly and really knowledgeable about where to find most of the animals. Really recommend!

酒店位置在馬拉三角洲，但是十月份這邊動物其實沒有大遷徙的時候多。還是Ashnil那邊位置更好。如果是平季價格可以住，旺季價格就算了

Traumhafter Aufenthalt Wir waren (leider) nur für 3 Nächte in der Mara Serena Safari Lodge. Schon wenn man den Eingang betritt verschlägt es einem die Sprache. Die große Eingangshalle mit phantastischemBlick in die Maasai Mara. Alle Menschen waren super freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war wunderbar. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Lodge lebt von der wunderbaren Aussicht auf den Park. Das Hotel selber ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Als es in der Nacht stark regnete, drang durch die Decke Wasser ins Bade- und Schlafzimmer. Die Polster im Essaal waren teilweise stark verfleckt. Das Preis-/Leistungsvergältnis stimmt leider überhaupt nicht!

Super freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Einzigartige Lage. Zimmer sind sauber. Einrichtung im afrikanischen Stil. Der Blick ist atemberaubend schön. Aus der rechten Reihe der Zimmer sieht man den Sonnenaufgang, aus der linken Reihe den Sonnenuntergang. Regelmäßig finden Unterhaltungsabende statt. Essen und Frühstück waren sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei und sehr schmackhaft.

Dies war unser sechster Aufenthalt in der Mara Serena Safari Lodge in den letzten drei Jahren. Zu jeder Jahreszeit ist es hier fantastisch. Tolle Lage, exzellenter Service und eine atemberaubende Aussicht locken uns hierher. Wir werden bald wieder dort sein.

Die Lodge ist sehr gut, wunderschön, mit wunderschönen Gärten, großen Räumen, gutem Service, aber gut gepflegt, aber das Bemerkenswerteste für mich war die Masseuse im Spa, eine fantastische Fachkraft, sie hat mich wie neu zurückgelassen. Und auch sehr nett. Ich habe nur ein Problem festgestellt, zu viele Treppen.

When we walked into the open lobby we were struck by the beauty of the openness to the outdoors . You could see the vast plains of Africa and the animals were right there. The staff were very attentive from first greeting us to the servers in the restaurant. The rooms are a bit worn but once again staff ensured they were very clean and they offered bed turn down including mosquito netting. The food was excellent. We had a box lunch for one of our days and it was packed ! Very delicious. Thank you to all the staff that made our trip special.
