I like the hotel's strategic location just steps away from the toll plaza, it's located inside the Palm Seremban shopping mall, so we can enjoy affordable shopping for clothing within the mall. I’ve stayed at Royale Chulan countless of times and also on Chinese New Years . So since I heard Alson Klana has been refurbished I decided to give it a try for the first time. Firstly when arriving to the hotel , this is on Chinese New Year Eve , parking was not full hence not full house. The facade of the hotel looks haunted due to they did not paint the hotel at all although they had refurbish it. Went to counter and was passed to their trainee. Trainee didn’t understand English well despite continuing to Converse to him in English. In the end he replied in Bahasa Melayu while we converse with him in English. 4th floor was given despite us mentioning we do not prefer the number 4 especially heading towards the Chinese New Year due to starting the year with an inauspicious number. However we were given the answer it is a fully house. We asked again how about even the 3rd floor would do, same thing , full house despite a lot of parking space available. Anyhow, heading to the room, the room is spacious . However, the bathroom door is not in a good shape they did not change the bathroom door and it has cracks and it’s a very old door. The balcony is not cleaned and if you look at the other side, it looks very haunting and torn down. Doubt into housekeeping in the end, managed to dial into the front desk to request, for toothbrush, toothbrush was not provided any refill of tea bags is chargeable RM6. This might be the last time I stay in this hotel and I will return to the competitor.

Gute Lage und einfach zu erreichen zum AEON Mall. Hotel sehr verbunden und sauber mit viel Parkplatz. Gut zu bleiben und wird meine erste Wahl des Hotels sein, wenn ich sicher nach Versuchen mehrere Hotels vor,Wenn Zimmer verfügbar.

Ich habe hier früher geblieben und es war sehr gut, aber diese Zeit war die Erfahrung nicht so gut. Ich wurde zu einem unbehaglichen Geruchsraum begrüßt, das Badezimmer war nicht sehr sauber, der Kühlschrank hatte Kondensation, die ein kleines Puddel auf dem Boden verließ, das WLAN funktionierte nicht im Zimmer und um es aus der Schlüsselkarte gestoppt Arbeit und Wartung musste Nach einem langsamen Tag ins Zimmer lassen. So insgesamt ein sehr unbehaglicher Aufenthalt diese Zeit.

Großer Zimmer. Freundliches Personal mit Lächeln .Reasonable Preis neben dem Hotel viele Eatry.But kein Aufzug für OKU .Meist wie das Duschezimmer und Dusche hether hoher Druck und sehr sauber .Easy zu dort mit Google-Karte. Will wieder zum Hotel.

Die Optik ist gut, das Zimmer groß und auch die Pflege des Massivholzbodens ist gut, kann aber über das Alter des Hotels nicht hinwegtäuschen. Die Steckdose sollte auf eine internationale Steckdose umgestellt werden. Das Badezimmer ist matt verkleidet Papier für Privatsphäre. Should be the best location in town with the best facilities. Feels like a condominium and great sea view. Despite being partial, the sea view is still pretty good. However, some windows face the corridor which might have some issue with privacy. Curtains are installed for that but just a point to note. Otherwise, should consider staying. I stayed there twice.
