Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gingen auf unsere Wünsche ein. Wir hatten ursprünglich 2 Zimmer für 1 Nacht gebucht, später aber ein 3. Zimmer hinzugefügt und unseren Aufenthalt um eine zweite Nacht verlängert. Das Hotel ist an ein Einkaufszentrum angeschlossen, sehr praktisch und das beste Hotel für Wochenendaufenthalte und zum Einkaufen. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter, insbesondere am Registrierungscounter.

Schönes und sauberes Zimmer, das Hotelpersonal ist auch sehr schön. Wanderweite bis Palm Mall. Möbel ist sauber und schön, Toilette auch sauber. Sehr günstig auch! Rm50++ für Queen Bed size Zimmer Downside Bed ist etwas kurz für meine Höhe (170cm). Es gibt nur einen Kanal, der auf dem Fernseher arbeitet.

I’ve stayed at Royale Chulan countless of times and also on Chinese New Years . So since I heard Alson Klana has been refurbished I decided to give it a try for the first time. Firstly when arriving to the hotel , this is on Chinese New Year Eve , parking was not full hence not full house. The facade of the hotel looks haunted due to they did not paint the hotel at all although they had refurbish it. Went to counter and was passed to their trainee. Trainee didn’t understand English well despite continuing to Converse to him in English. In the end he replied in Bahasa Melayu while we converse with him in English. 4th floor was given despite us mentioning we do not prefer the number 4 especially heading towards the Chinese New Year due to starting the year with an inauspicious number. However we were given the answer it is a fully house. We asked again how about even the 3rd floor would do, same thing , full house despite a lot of parking space available. Anyhow, heading to the room, the room is spacious . However, the bathroom door is not in a good shape they did not change the bathroom door and it has cracks and it’s a very old door. The balcony is not cleaned and if you look at the other side, it looks very haunting and torn down. Doubt into housekeeping in the end, managed to dial into the front desk to request, for toothbrush, toothbrush was not provided any refill of tea bags is chargeable RM6. This might be the last time I stay in this hotel and I will return to the competitor.

GGuest UserWir leben im Hotel insgesamt gut. Ich empfehle auch dieses Hotel, insbesondere diejenigen, die tendenziell in der Nähe des Flughafens und des Hafenhotels wohnen, aber es gibt wirklich einige Orte, die noch verbessert werden müssen. Gute Aspekte sind: Die Dekoration ist insgesamt gut, die Qualität der Bettwaren und der Geschirr ist gut, das Wasser ist sehr trinkend und die Lage ist auch gut. Aber das Gibbin ist sehr schlecht. Ich habe einige Informationen über die Innenkirche Westminster gefragt, aber nur die Zeit geöffnet. Kein Frühstück. Aber unser Zimmer ist ein schönes großes Schlafzimmer, und die Isolierung der Fenster ist sehr gut und das Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß. Aber es hat mich verärgert, dass die Hotelleitung zerstört wurde und es am Samstag Proteste geben wird. Die meisten Hotels werden den Gästen Empfehlungen für die Reise geben und helfen ihnen, eine Reserveroute zu wählen, aber das Hotel hat keine entsprechende Mitteilung gemacht, und wir müssen die Pläne ändern. Als ich dem Lebib (das war derselbe Mensch wie das vorherige Lebib) zurückgekommen bin, war die Antwort ein dummes Auge. Wir leben hier gut.

Sauber, hat Wasserkühlgeräte fast jeder Ecke des Gebäudes, hat sogar Eisenbahneinrichtungen. Zahnbürsten und Kuchen mit Kaffee geliefert. Nur ziehen bck war der Wasserdruck. Zu niedrig. Andernfalls war alles gut. Es war für eine Nacht. Direkt gegenseitig jknns, wo ich gehen musste. Bequem. Ich würde definitiv wieder bleiben

It's a very strategic location, you find everywhere surrounding this hotel. Just 8-10 minutes walk from the bus terminal & shopping mall. There's a KFC outlet just beside it. All the convenience stores & shops is infront of your eyes.
In terms of the facility, yes there is some issue. The toilet pump is spoilt & the wifi is a bit slow. But the hotel staffs (especially the women in short hair) is very friendly and helpful, and will take your feedback seriously and she even apologize for it. They treat me very kindly & lovely ❤️🥰.
I left one of my clothes at there after I check out, they are willingly to keep for me until I come back.

IilymanDas Hotel ist ein sehr grundlegendes Hotel mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen, nichts steht auf. Das kleine Zimmer ist für das Geld wert, da das Zimmer mit Frühstück ( sogar dachte mit einfachem Frühstück ) es mehr als genug für 1 Nacht Aufenthalt. Nur Dinge , sehr enttäuscht mit der Gesamtreinigung des Gästezimmers.Hope Management kann sich in diese, seine wichtige, um einen hohen Standard der Reinigung zu erhalten.

GGuest UserEin junger indischer Kerl macht seine ein-Man-Show Manning die Eincheckung, Auscheck-Computer, hilfreich aber mit meinen 5 Zimmern online reserviert. Kein Konzertservice, kein Parkplatz, kein Empfangsgerät oder Betreiber, um das Telefon anzurufen, wenn ich angerufen habe, um die Früheincheckungsanfrage zu überprüfen. Dieses Hotel ist gut für Schlafen, nicht gut für Aufenthalt, weil hier nichts ist. Und unsere Aussicht vom Fenster steht vor dem chinesischen Friedhof, die Zimmer auf der anderen Seite stehen vor der Hauptstraße, die zur Stadt Seremban führt. Das einzige gute über dieses Hotel ist die große Parkplätze und 5 Minuten Fahrt zum Stadtzentrum. Das Frühstück ist nicht mit meinem Zimmer versorgt, aber das Kaffeehaus sah aus, als sei es nicht in Betrieb, kaum jemand da, und wenn es Ppl auf dem Tisch sitzen, sehen Sie keine Nahrung oder Getränke. Und nur ein Aufzug betätigen die 4 Etagen, während es soziale Abstandssteckplätze auf dem Boden, um nur 5 PPL pro Reise anzuzeigen. Hausaufbewahrung sollte eine Inspektion auf Schäden Möbel neben nur Reinigung. Einer der beschädigten Rattanstuhl zerschmettert die Hosen meines Verwandten. (siehe Bild beigefügt)
