I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

A good beach front hotel. It used to be my favourite hotel since 2015. However, it's very disappointing now. For this price, there's a lot they can improve especially the food quality. It's hard to find a proper restaurants in this area, I really hoped we could count on the hotel restaurant during our stay but we're disappointed. The food at the buffet dinner is all bad, too sweet, too salty, not fresh seafood (rotten fish), meat is also too dry & not fresh, maybe already kept in freezer for too long, but the price is not cheap. The room is a bit outdated, the bathroom has no single hanger, where do you expect us to put our towel when taking shower? On the floor? I really love this hotel, that's why I wrote this honest review and hopefully it will improve so we can visit this hotel again in our future trip.

Cozy, all foods are delicious, super friendly and helpful staffs, high quality bed and pillow (king koil), clean, unlimited drinking water when you’re staying there. Super recommended to get their ‘bakaran tepi pantai’ for dinner.. upon arriving you’ll get free 5 minutes shoulder massage, welcome drink and also welcome cookies, and while waiting for your room, you can wait in their waiting room with AC and guava juice..

Der AC ist nicht kalt beim Eintritt. Direkt durch einen neuen Outdoor AC ersetzt. Sahur gefrierte Reis ist lecker. Extra gefrierte Nüsse wurden gegeben. Das besondere Zimmer hat direkte Meerblick.

Das Zimmer ist ziemlich sauber, im Zimmer gibt es einen Kühlschrank, Wasserheizer. separate Dusche & Badezimmer, Seifen, etc. Der Strand ist das wichtigste für mich & Familie. Der Sandstrand ist ein Gras, es gibt Verkäufer von jungen Coconuts, brennt Mais, Jajan, Sie können am Morgen am Strand gehen, schwimmen am Strand, spielen Sand mit 1 Pool ist ziemlich klein, aber sauber.
