Ich habe hier früher geblieben und es war sehr gut, aber diese Zeit war die Erfahrung nicht so gut. Ich wurde zu einem unbehaglichen Geruchsraum begrüßt, das Badezimmer war nicht sehr sauber, der Kühlschrank hatte Kondensation, die ein kleines Puddel auf dem Boden verließ, das WLAN funktionierte nicht im Zimmer und um es aus der Schlüsselkarte gestoppt Arbeit und Wartung musste Nach einem langsamen Tag ins Zimmer lassen. So insgesamt ein sehr unbehaglicher Aufenthalt diese Zeit.

Stay for 2D 1N with my mom as we need to pick up my dad at the airport. The receptionist is kind and the check in process is going smoothly. The room is okay for two people to stay , nothing to complain about. There is cafe kaca and kofi , the food is quite good. Overall recommended for you guys to stay overnight while waiting for your flight. It takes 20 minutes to go to the airport .

Good hotel choice for a quick staycation. Even tho the sound proof is not as good, but overall room hygiene is on the great side.

Das Hotel ist für diejenigen geeignet, die nur einen Transitflug machen möchten. Überall gibt es viele Restaurants, aber hauptsächlich malaiische Gerichte. Das Hotel ist nicht so sauber und wir checkten erst nach 19 Uhr ein, das Zimmer war nicht vorbereitet, es gab kein Badeset und kein Handtuch, das Personal hat das Problem auch nicht gelöst, bis wir darum baten, in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln, und die Klimaanlage war auch nicht kalt. Aber wenn Sie nur für einen Transitflug bleiben möchten, ist es ein Budgethotel.

Ich blieb hier zwei Wochen für eine Veranstaltung. Das Zimmer war wirklich großartig, die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfreich und wunderschön. Das Buffet-Essen war lecker. Es gibt täglich eine Vielzahl von Lebensmitteln und Wüsten. Die Umgebung ist so nett. Ich gebe diesem Hotel 5 Sterne.

Ungeplante Reise, also eine plötzliche Buchung. Aus meiner Sicht ist die Hotelanlage super ruhig und friedlich. Mit dem Pool auf dem Dach können Sie Ihre Freizeit beim Schwimmen mit Ihren Lieben verbringen und dabei die Landschaft dort genießen. Ich liebe auch das Frühstück, das sie zur Verfügung stellten, alles Sedap und Fingerlecken gut. Die Angestellten waren auch super freundlich. Werden Sie beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten, vielleicht für ein paar Tage? Liebe ein.

Nicht schlechter Platz. Das Hotelzimmer verfügt über Mikrowelle, Kücheneinrichtungen, Wohnzimmer. Sehr geräumig für uns. Powerpoint wurde richtig gekennzeichnet. Saubere Umgebung. Ein schlechter Punkt war der Fan, es war sehr laut.

My stay was super pleasant and my niece really enjoys the pool! Mind you, the pool shared with the shaftbury residence and they are salt water pool! The pool is very big, make sure to bring your swimsuit, you will not regret it! However there were no shoes in the room, we opened all the drawers but found none. Probably had to ask from the reception but it's okay, nothing much on that as their floor is not tiles nor hard hardwood floower. The services of their staff, like always from Accor group, top notch. There are different lift from parking lot (we park at B1) to the other floor, their staff even help pointing us to the right direction. Make sure to bring your TnG with you so you can validate it for free parking. I booked via Trip so it comes with breakfast, but boy they didn't disappoint. The breakfast buffet, like my previous stay in another Mercure hotel, SUPERB! Kudos to the chef/baker who served and made the croissant sandwich from table to table, love their croissant and fillings! Kudos to the chef who prepared my scramble the way I requested. And also to that delicious nasi lemak. Plus, that surprising ice cream for breakfast which of course, the most enjoyable one for my niece. Just that we went for breakfast quite late around 9am so the refill is a bit slow on some food but we still manage to taste almost all of them (except for the noodle station). and the restaurant used for breakfast buffet is so big that you can sit far from other guests.

Really enjoyed my stay in Bangi Resort! The receptionist let me to check in early and check out tad bit late and I can’t thank enough for that. They also upgraded my room with amazing golf course view. I booked this resort because I just wanted to clear my mind and it was sensational. I did not have to go out of the resort to kill my time. Plenty of restaurants inside, managed to dine in at De’wan and myburgerlab during my stay. The in room dining also served really good food! I also enjoyed my time at the gym and to my surprise, guest can have access to the wet sauna, dry sauna and jacuzzi! I think not many guests are aware of it and I had the place all to myself despite during my trip was during a peak period (public holiday & school holiday). The cons, they required RM250 deposit and can only be paid by cash or credit card. They did not accept debit card and I had to take Grab to the nearest mall and cost me RM12 just to withdraw my money. Quite troublesome! The breakfast was below par honestly, not much of a selection compared to other 4-5 stars hotel and taste wise was below average. The only thing I enjoyed is their congee with youtiao. The in room dining charge RM10 for delivery which I dont think it makes any sense just for them to use the lift from the first floor and deliver it to my room. First time I go to a hotel that charge delivery fee for in room dining. They have like a farm tour or something but I didnt get any explanation of it during my check in. When I came to know about it, they told me that the tour only operates on Saturday evening and when I asked about that, the group just left for the trip. Quite a bummer because they didnt offered me this trip during my check in and I didnt get a chance to experience the activities in their farm. Lastly, I wish they would provide bathrobe in the room and everything else was great! The receptionist named Khairunnisa deserved a raise for providing me excellent service. Thank you!
