Amazing location, tiny room. Service is really bad here. They also charge extra to check-in early, and charge extra per hour on late check-outs. Didn’t give water after cleaning. Cleaners were VERY loud at 8-9am everyday, shouting to each other across rooms. No noise insulation, so can hear everything. It was a terrible experience being woken up so loudly and early.

The facilities are great, and the overall atmosphere exudes luxury. One slight drawback I noticed is that although the fitness room has dumbbells of various weights, there is no bench to lean on, limiting the range of exercises you can do. Compared to other hotels I’ve experienced, what stood out was the exceptionally friendly staff, from the cleaning ladies to the overall hotel staff. I was able to have pleasant greetings with them, which led to enjoyable small talk and laughter. Although the room size is small for the price, considering the location in Cheongdam-dong, it is somewhat understandable.

Nice view, nice location, I have great stay❤️ 3 mins walks to bus stop, 24 hr restaurant next to hotel, 24 hr convenient store next to bus stop. I will come back again for sure.

This was an excellent experience. The staff is very professional and helpful. I would encourage an foreigner to visit here. Room was excellent with a magnificent view of Gangnam. I would definitely go again.

Loved my stay here. Very close to a lot of different must visit spots and the service is amazing. The staff have been very helpful and polite. Nice view and love the well lit vanity area.

It's not worth a price 180k won. Room is very tiny No window lol so noisy. Bathroom door doesn't close properly 😞 breakfast takes 20 minute to wait !!

I stayed for three nights and four days. The Hotel was in a great location, close to Subway/Bus transit and an Airport Limo Bus stop. The room was clean and large enough for me and my SO, though it can feel small/squeeze if you're not used to NYC or Densely populated megacities. The hotel staff was friendly and respectful. I would come again!

Rooms were large and well equipped, but towels and beddings weren’t in the best condition (we found stains on them). Also, most of the staff were extremely unhelpful.
