"일단 굉장히 깔끔하고 넓어서 좋았습니디.
근데 방에 방음이 하나도 안돼서 시끄러워요
위에서 의자끄는 소리 화장실 사용하는 소리 다 들립니다ㅜ
그리고 대실을 함께 운영하다보니 숙박 체크인 이후에도 복도에 청소카트가 돌아다는데 이것도 시끄러움에 한 몫 하는 것 같네요.
그래도 정자역과 가까워서 편하게 이용했습니다"

"Um ehrlich zu sein, ist dieses Hotel in jeder Hinsicht ziemlich gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des U-Bahn-Eingangs. Der einzige peinliche Ort ist, dass ich am Samstag dort war und ein Zimmer online gebucht habe. Ich habe mich nur gebeten, 30.000 Won hinzuzufügen, sonst lasse ich mich nicht bleiben."

MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

3시10분 입실했는데 방에 들어가려는데 누군가 있었고
직원이 수리중이었다 많이 불쾌했다
또한 새벽에 화재경보기가 울려서 대피하라고 방송하는과정에 잠이 다 깨어서 이후로 잠을 못잤고 카운터에 연락 경보기 불량으로 소리가 났음에도 죄송하다는 말한마디 없었으며
다른분들을 위해 괜찮다는 방송을 하라고 했더니 그런방송을 안핸다고 한다 너무 어이가 없었고 잠도 못자고
아내랑 호캉스 하러 갔다가 완전 망했다
돈쓰고 욕먹고 정말 여러호텔 가봤지만 이런 무책임한 호텔은 처음이었다

Ich habe dieses Business-Hotel besucht, weil es über einen Pool auf dem Dach verfügt, der zur Standardausstattung eines Business-Hotels gehört.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Seongnam Sports Complex, one of the best places in the area for jogging, walking, or enjoying the outdoors. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths.
Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season.
The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy.
There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

AayataojDas Zimmer selbst ist ok und sauber
Beim Einchecken gab es einen großen Keks, der noch warm war.
Das Personal spricht Chinesisch und hat eine gute Einstellung.
Der Frühstücksbereich ist groß und bietet viele Optionen.
Der Nachteil ist, dass das gesamte Hotel von Autobahnen und Straßen umgeben ist.
Lärmproblem in allen Zimmern
Der Lärm im ersten Zimmer war so schlimm, dass ich Ohrstöpsel trug, aber es störte mich trotzdem.
Ich habe um einen Zimmerwechsel gebeten und gesagt, dieses Zimmer sei das beste zu diesem Preis
Also habe ich 100 Yuan für eine weitere Nacht hinzugefügt und das Zimmer aufgewertet
Das neue Zimmer ist besser, aber ohne Ohrstöpsel geht es nicht
Es gibt keine Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels
Essen im Hotel ist sehr teuer
Die Reinigung war professionell, das Zimmer war jedoch nur halb sauber und Tee und Kaffee wurden nicht aufgefüllt.

GGEORGIII had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient — close to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though not everyone spoke fluent English, they tried their best to assist me.
The breakfast was simple but tasty. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and daily room cleaning. Overall, a great value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again when I come back to Korea.
