"일단 굉장히 깔끔하고 넓어서 좋았습니디.
근데 방에 방음이 하나도 안돼서 시끄러워요
위에서 의자끄는 소리 화장실 사용하는 소리 다 들립니다ㅜ
그리고 대실을 함께 운영하다보니 숙박 체크인 이후에도 복도에 청소카트가 돌아다는데 이것도 시끄러움에 한 몫 하는 것 같네요.
그래도 정자역과 가까워서 편하게 이용했습니다"

"Um ehrlich zu sein, ist dieses Hotel in jeder Hinsicht ziemlich gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des U-Bahn-Eingangs. Der einzige peinliche Ort ist, dass ich am Samstag dort war und ein Zimmer online gebucht habe. Ich habe mich nur gebeten, 30.000 Won hinzuzufügen, sonst lasse ich mich nicht bleiben."

GGastnutzerWe stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!!
All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient.
Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management:
1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom.
2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area.
3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes
4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep.
With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

DDrew LEs ist so schwer zu versuchen, ein legitimes Hotel zu finden und die Liebesmotelli, die gerade überall in Korea sind. Dieser Ort ist sauber, professionell und der Service ist großartig. Front Desk wird Ihnen helfen, Taxis, Flughafentransfers usw.. Ich weiß nicht, ob ihr Englisch gut ist... Oh und bringen oder kaufen Sie Ihre eigene Shampoo/Konditionierer/Körperwasch. Sie haben ihre eigene, aber es ist ziemlich schlecht.
Das Hotel liegt super nahe einem großen Departementgeschäft, das über dem U-Bahnhof sitzt. AK Plaza.
Die Parkplätze sind verfügbar (Valet ist in Korea sehr gut Standard und nicht ein luxuriöser Service). Voll ausgestattete Fitness-Stuhl nicht die 2 Laufwerke und 1 Dummbelle, die Sie in kleineren Hotels finden und kostenlos zur Verwendung von Waschmaschine. Frühstück ist ok und groß, wenn Sie früh am Morgen Essen brauchen. Frühstücksoptionen in der Nähe sind auf die Bequemlichkeitslager Lebensmittel und die Eiertoast Dinge auf der Straße für W5000 beschränkt.
Ich werde hier nochmal bleiben.

1. Location is quite good as it is close to Gangnam area.
2. Hotel was clean and cannot complain about it.
3. Front desk staffs were friendly. But if you try to dial them for the extension of the stay, it was so difficult to make a phone call with the front desk. No response in many cases.
There was no bell boy and no concierge service at all. You will have to carry your own bags, no matter how big it is. If you get the room for your business clients, it can be very embarrassing as they do not provide such a concierge service. I hope the hotel management increases the number of employees for the concierge service.

하하물개Ich war mit 3 Freunden dort, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern.* Da wir zu viert waren, hatte ich bei der Reservierung vorab den AX-V angefragt, was im Kommentar allerdings überhaupt nicht erwähnt wurde und obwohl ich beim Check-in nochmal um die Installation gebeten hatte, wurde diese erst am Abend installiert. Ich glaube, das ist wahrscheinlich das erste Mal, dass ich gesehen habe, dass ein Eiskübel 5.000 Won mehr kostet. Ansonsten waren Sauberkeit und Zustand der Zimmer wirklich gut und die Qualität des Lounge-Essens und des Frühstücks nahezu top. Das Essen und die Getränke waren so zufriedenstellend, dass ich dachte, ich würde später mit meiner Familie wiederkommen~~ Es ist ein Hotel mit vielen Vorteilen, aber insgesamt war der Service enttäuschend. Haha. Trotzdem war ich für den Willkommenssnack dankbar.

Das Badezimmer hat wirklich schöne Toilettenartikel. Ich wünschte, sie hätten eine bessere Privatsphäre für das Badezimmer.
Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und freundlich und zuvorkommend und half uns sogar bei der Buchung von ktx-Tickets, da wir keine koreanische Telefonnummer hatten.
Das Hotel ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahnstation entfernt, auch mit Gepäck leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von der U-Bahn aus gibt es einen Aufzug, der in das Einkaufszentrum führt, und es ist nur ein gerader Weg über 2 Straßen zum Hotel.

MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Seongnam Sports Complex, one of the best places in the area for jogging, walking, or enjoying the outdoors. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths.
Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season.
The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy.
There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
