The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the ****** in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the ****** right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

A really nice hotel with very large and comfortable rooms. The heated pool was nice even during a slightly chilly February breeze! Two nice restaurants and a nice bar bear by but everything else is a 20-30 minute walk away. We booked this as it was directly adjacent to the olle trail we were walking g during our short break (olle 8 - photos are of the walk) Will certainly be back

전망, 룸컨디션이 완벽했고.. 수영장에서 라이브공연을 보며 스낵과 칵테일을 즐겼던 시간, 아름다운 호텔 야외 풍경이 인상적이었습니다. 갑각류 알러지가 있어서, 수영장에서 랍스터 요리를 먹던 도중 알러지 증상이 일어나 급히 약국에 약을 사러 가야하는 상황이었습니다. 수영복 입은채로 물을 닦고 급히 로비로 나갔는데, 양복을 입으신 남자 매니저로 보이시는 분이 정말 세심히 챙겨주셨습니다. 택시를 잡아 시내로 나가 약을 구입해왔고, 결국 해결이 잘되었습니다. 이후 얼굴을 기억하시고 다음날 아침에 몸은 좀 괜찮냐고 기억하고 여쭈어 봐주셨던 세심함이 인상적이게 다가왔습니다. 프론트 직원분께서도 정말 친절하게 응대를 해주었고, 저희가 특별한 이유로 방문을 하게되었는데, 그 부분을 캐치해주시고, 좋은 혜택을 누릴 수 있게 도움을 주신 부분도 감사했습니다. 전반적으로 호텔 직원분들이 따듯하고 친절했기에 가족과 제주도를 다시 방문한다면 꼭 기억하고 다시 오고 싶은곳 입니다.

In China weiß ich, dass es eine nationale Kette ist. Das ist ein Hotel in Seogwipo Innovation City. Wir bieten anständige Dienstleistungen zu einem angemessenen Preis. Die Zimmer sind eng, aber zufriedenstellend für den Preis. Zahnpasta Zahnbürsten sollten getrennt gekauft werden. Es gab einen Parkturm, aber es schien nicht betrieben zu sein und ich musste parkieren und in einem öffentlichen Parkplatz separat wandeln. Es gab keine anderen Einrichtungen. Gute Sache war vernünftiger Preis und ausreichend Service, nichts zu enttäuschen.

Big n Spacious Hotel, das sich im Süden der Insel Jeju befindet ( in Seogiwipo). there’s a Red Color Airport Limousine Bus 600 that comes directly from Jeju airport to Saetgijeong Park ( short distance opposite the hotel). It’s takes 1h40mins ( no:30 stops) there’s a Bus stop besides the CU convenience store ( CU) left side of the hotel that directly goes airport. Airport bus 600 pick up from there . Sideway über die Straße, GS25 überzeugen Sie Shop n Compose Coffee chain ist da. Das Hotel Frühstück ist einfach, aber es deckt jeden touristischen Geschmack. Einige koreanische Gerichte, englisches Frühstück (Brötchen n Bunds), einige warme kontinentale Lebensmittel. Wir lieben ihre Schokoladenkäsekuchen . Es gibt einen schönen Park direkt gegenüber dem Hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect. Right next to the market, great craft beer around the corner and lots of excellent food options. The hotel staff was extremely nice, and it was easy to get in and out of the city through the hotel stop. The carpet had a few stains, but nothing major. Would stay again.

Room was clean and had everything you need. There is no Room Service you have to pick up fresh towels etc. In the lobby. Self Service Laundry doesn‘t accept foreign cards. There is a convenient store in the hotel lobby. My room was with Mountain view which was nice. Bus stop is in front of the hotel.

Die Matratze ist sehr komfortabel und wir schliefen sehr gut und ein kleiner Balkon, um in der frischen Brise vom Meer zu lassen. Die Lage ist nahe dem Zentrummarkt, wo alle Essen und Lebensmittel. Parken ist einfach. Alles ist gut, nicht perfekt, aber gut genug.

First70 Hotel, Jeju, Korea - A Mix of Pros and Cons I recently had the opportunity to stay at First70 Hotel in Jeju, Korea and would like to share my experience. While the hotel’s location and service were commendable, I found certain aspects pertaining to cleanliness and amenities rather disappointing. Firstly, let me start with the positives. The hotel’s location is truly superb. Situated in a prime area of Jeju, it offers convenient access to popular attractions and transportation options. Whether you’re looking to explore the natural beauty of this picturesque island or indulge in shopping and dining experiences, First70 Hotel’s location is a definite advantage. The service provided by the staff at First70 Hotel was exceptional throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff displayed professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist. They were attentive, responsive, and made sure all my needs were met promptly. The level of service truly enhanced my overall experience. However, there were certain areas where First70 Hotel fell short. Cleanliness was one such aspect that left much to be desired. I observed lackluster efforts in maintaining cleanliness standards within the rooms and public areas of the hotel. Stains on carpets, dusty surfaces, and subpar bathroom conditions were evident during my stay. Another disappointment was the state of amenities provided by First70 Hotel. While basic necessities were available, such as toiletries and towels, they seemed worn out or inadequate for a hotel aiming to provide a comfortable experience for its guests. Additionally, the absence of certain amenities that are commonly expected in hotels of similar caliber was quite noticeable. In conclusion, First70 Hotel’s location and service certainly make it an enticing option for travelers visiting Jeju. However, prospective guests should be aware that there are areas where improvement is needed - specifically in terms of cleanliness upkeep and provision of adequate amenities. It is my hope that management takes these concerns into consideration and takes necessary steps to rectify them, in order to provide a more satisfying experience for future guests.

Location of the hotel is good, very convenient. We were able to walk to most places. It is not too far from the Olle Traditional Market. It is near to bus stops where you can hop on to the city buses. The hotel staff are friendly and are able to speak simple English. The facilities are good (please note you have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, it seems like most hotel in Jeju do not provide such amenities), the room is clean, and the hotel do clean the room everyday with change of bedsheets and towels. Highly recommend. Good prices as well.
