The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the ****** in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the ****** right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

Da ich beruflich zu Besuch war, habe ich eine Reservierung ausschließlich aufgrund der Lage vorgenommen und das günstigste Zimmer gebucht. Es gab viele Verunreinigungen und Schäden im Zimmer, und das Zimmer war viel kleiner als in der Beschreibung angegeben und das Bett war unbequem. Obwohl das Frühstück für den Preis nicht besonders abwechslungsreich ist, wäre es für diejenigen, die ein komplettes Frühstück wünschen, eine gute Idee, ein Deluxe- oder höheres Frühstück zu wählen. Es liegt in der Nähe des Olle-Marktes und direkt vor Beojeong, daher empfehle ich es denjenigen, die zu Fuß reisen.

Big n Spacious Hotel, das sich im Süden der Insel Jeju befindet ( in Seogiwipo). there’s a Red Color Airport Limousine Bus 600 that comes directly from Jeju airport to Saetgijeong Park ( short distance opposite the hotel). It’s takes 1h40mins ( no:30 stops) there’s a Bus stop besides the CU convenience store ( CU) left side of the hotel that directly goes airport. Airport bus 600 pick up from there . Very cozy room with comfortable bed! The sea view is nice and staff are helpful, quiet fine place for stay!

Room was clean and had everything you need. There is no Room Service you have to pick up fresh towels etc. In the lobby. Self Service Laundry doesn‘t accept foreign cards. There is a convenient store in the hotel lobby. My room was with Mountain view which was nice. Bus stop is in front of the hotel.

Die Matratze ist sehr komfortabel und wir schliefen sehr gut und ein kleiner Balkon, um in der frischen Brise vom Meer zu lassen. Die Lage ist nahe dem Zentrummarkt, wo alle Essen und Lebensmittel. Parken ist einfach. Alles ist gut, nicht perfekt, aber gut genug.

Price is fair and it is easy to go somewhere because the location is nearby bus stop. The front desk is also well communicated. But the elevator and the coriander are no like air conditioning. So there are uncomfortable and smelling. Overall, it is suitable to stay for budget trip.

First70 Hotel, Jeju, Korea - A Mix of Pros and Cons I recently had the opportunity to stay at First70 Hotel in Jeju, Korea and would like to share my experience. While the hotel’s location and service were commendable, I found certain aspects pertaining to cleanliness and amenities rather disappointing. Firstly, let me start with the positives. The hotel’s location is truly superb. Situated in a prime area of Jeju, it offers convenient access to popular attractions and transportation options. Whether you’re looking to explore the natural beauty of this picturesque island or indulge in shopping and dining experiences, First70 Hotel’s location is a definite advantage. The service provided by the staff at First70 Hotel was exceptional throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff displayed professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist. They were attentive, responsive, and made sure all my needs were met promptly. The level of service truly enhanced my overall experience. However, there were certain areas where First70 Hotel fell short. Cleanliness was one such aspect that left much to be desired. I observed lackluster efforts in maintaining cleanliness standards within the rooms and public areas of the hotel. Stains on carpets, dusty surfaces, and subpar bathroom conditions were evident during my stay. Another disappointment was the state of amenities provided by First70 Hotel. While basic necessities were available, such as toiletries and towels, they seemed worn out or inadequate for a hotel aiming to provide a comfortable experience for its guests. Additionally, the absence of certain amenities that are commonly expected in hotels of similar caliber was quite noticeable. In conclusion, First70 Hotel’s location and service certainly make it an enticing option for travelers visiting Jeju. However, prospective guests should be aware that there are areas where improvement is needed - specifically in terms of cleanliness upkeep and provision of adequate amenities. It is my hope that management takes these concerns into consideration and takes necessary steps to rectify them, in order to provide a more satisfying experience for future guests.

Location of the hotel is good, very convenient. We were able to walk to most places. It is not too far from the Olle Traditional Market. It is near to bus stops where you can hop on to the city buses. The hotel staff are friendly and are able to speak simple English. The facilities are good (please note you have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, it seems like most hotel in Jeju do not provide such amenities), the room is clean, and the hotel do clean the room everyday with change of bedsheets and towels. Highly recommend. Good prices as well.

Ideal zum Entspannen. Allerdings müssen Sie 500 m laufen, um Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte zu finden. Der Service war nicht schlecht, aber die Nutzung der Komforteinrichtungen war nicht gut, vielleicht aufgrund des Mangels an Arbeitskräften. Allerdings ist das Hallenbad gut. Der Außenpool ist selbst morgens sehr kalt. Manchmal haben die Mitglieder des Hallenbades ein wenig Ärger, aber der Verantwortliche meistert das gut. Der Meerblick ist wirklich schön. Es scheint eine empfehlenswerte Aussicht zu sein. Insgesamt war das Personal freundlich und ich fühlte mich gut, als ich auscheckte, die Tür öffnete und mich verabschiedete.
