The location of this hotel is convenient for tourists coz It’s nearby Olle Market and 2 famous waterfalls scenic places. There are many restaurants and shopping stores around the area. The receptionist is very polite and helpful to our needs. My family needed to check in an hour earlier so we were asked to pay 10000 Korean won (7.5 usd) and extra fee for my 9yo kid (15000 Korean Won = 11.2 usd) for extra ondol bed. The hotel has washing machine, microwave and big fridge in each room. Guests just need to bring their own detergent soap when they need to wash clothes. However, the machine does not fully dry clothes after washing. So we needed to hang our clothes in the bathroom. Money wise, it’s worth checking-in in this hotel.

Grand Family Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect location close to many restaurants, shops and Seogwipo Olle market. Very useful to have a washing machine + drying rack. Great stay!

Great location next to the food street. Hotel room is clean and even has a full fridge and microwave. Toilet is clean.

전반적으로 괜찮았음. 안마의자사용가능 위치가 주요명소랑 가까움 도보20내로 많은 관광지를 갈수있음 다만 언덕이 높아서 캐리어 끌고 가기 다소 힘듦

房間小 預訂這間飯店的理由是房內有洗衣機 但是要給300韓幣才能使用 check in的時候就會跟你說好什麼都要錢 房間很小 房內空調無法自行調整溫度（中央控制）超熱！大冬天的 我們幾個朋友在27度的房間裡流汗….打開窗透風必須拉上紗窗 因為有蚊子進出 但是紗窗已壞 一直彈上去沒辦法固定…所以我的臉還是被叮了兩個包！唯一的優點是 冰箱很大 提供的沐浴露洗髮精護髮素蠻好用

혼자 여행으로 잘 다녀왔어요. 올레 시장은 도보로 10분 정도 거리에 있고, 근처에 편의점, 농협 하나로 마트가 있어서 편했어요. 건물 주차장은 넓지 않아서 호텔 맞은 편 공터에 주차했어요. 어메니티 제공되지 않고, 냉장고에 물 두 병 있어요. 다음에 가더라도 다시 묵을 의향 있어요^^

로비에 무료로 사용할수 있는 안마기도 있고 사전예약하면 만원에 이용가능한 조식도 있어요. 세탁기는 있는데 간단하게 널수 있는 건조대는 없네요.다른 레지던스호텔들은 빌트인형태로 있던데 그게 아쉬웠어요.

호텔 윈스토리는 제주 여행의 2번째 날 서귀포 여행을 위한 최고의 가성비 호텔이다. 윈스토리에서 3번째 묵었던 이번 여행에서는 윈스토리 주변에서 맛집을 발견해서 더 좋았다. 도민들이 추천하는 횟집인 고미횟집에서 온 가족이 한라산을 한 잔 하고 기분좋게 걸어서 5분이면 윈스토리로 갈 수 있다. 다음 서귀포 여행에서도 *윈스토리호텔+고미횟집*은 환상의 코스가 될 것 같다. 사진은 고미횟집 인증샷으로~~~**

酒店地理位置好，房間設施不錯。去哪裡都方便，周邊吃的地方也多。港口、正房瀑布都可以步行到達。去爬漢拿山交通也便利。

適合家庭出遊，房間不大，但是設施齊全，微波爐洗衣機應有盡有。特意住西歸浦為了玩潛水艇，來了兩天，天氣不佳沒完成。總要留一些遺憾為了故地重遊。附近可以去天地淵瀑布貝殼博物館，溜娃聖地
