The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the ****** in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the ****** right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

Da ich beruflich zu Besuch war, habe ich eine Reservierung ausschließlich aufgrund der Lage vorgenommen und das günstigste Zimmer gebucht. Es gab viele Verunreinigungen und Schäden im Zimmer, und das Zimmer war viel kleiner als in der Beschreibung angegeben und das Bett war unbequem. Obwohl das Frühstück für den Preis nicht besonders abwechslungsreich ist, wäre es für diejenigen, die ein komplettes Frühstück wünschen, eine gute Idee, ein Deluxe- oder höheres Frühstück zu wählen. Es liegt in der Nähe des Olle-Marktes und direkt vor Beojeong, daher empfehle ich es denjenigen, die zu Fuß reisen.

Ein großes Hotel mit guter Lage für den Transport. Flughafen-Limobus ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Markt auch Fußabstand vom Hotel ca. 10 Minuten.Es gibt einen Park vor dem Hotel. Restaurants und Komfortladen sind nur Spaziergänge entfernt. Wird sicher wieder hier bleiben nächstes Mal. Der Empfänger spricht Englisch. Waschservice verfügbar und muss 4000 gewinnen, aber Trockner trocknet die Kleidung nicht richtig. Das Frühstück war lecker.

The hotel's location was perfect. Right next to the market, great craft beer around the corner and lots of excellent food options. The hotel staff was extremely nice, and it was easy to get in and out of the city through the hotel stop. The carpet had a few stains, but nothing major. Would stay again.

Diese Lage war großartig. Das erste Zimmer, das ich eincheckte, hatte eine fehlerhafte Waschmaschine, aber sie wechselten mein Zimmer schnell. Sie brachten jeden Tag frische Handtücher, Wasser mit Flaschen und instant Kaffee/Tee. Ich sage nur 4 über die Einrichtungen, weil sie Netflix nicht im Fernsehen hatten. Ich glaube, ich wurde durch die vorherigen zwei Hotels, in denen ich geblieben bin, vernichtet.

Room was clean and had everything you need. There is no Room Service you have to pick up fresh towels etc. In the lobby. Self Service Laundry doesn‘t accept foreign cards. There is a convenient store in the hotel lobby. My room was with Mountain view which was nice. Bus stop is in front of the hotel.

The location is very near seogwipo olle maeil market where you can eat to the fullest. The room is super clean and spacious. There is a bath tub for twin room! The front desk are very friendly and helpful. The sky park is the best to enjoy our breakfast ramyeon from CU at level 1! 😍

Location of the hotel is good, very convenient. We were able to walk to most places. It is not too far from the Olle Traditional Market. It is near to bus stops where you can hop on to the city buses. The hotel staff are friendly and are able to speak simple English. The facilities are good (please note you have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, it seems like most hotel in Jeju do not provide such amenities), the room is clean, and the hotel do clean the room everyday with change of bedsheets and towels. Highly recommend. Good prices as well.

Hier war es 3 Tage. Das Zimmer war groß und ok. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war auch atemberaubend. Ihr TV kommt auch mit Netflix. Sehr empfohlen! Hotel Concierge war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, uns bei der Lösung einiger Probleme zu helfen. Vielen Dank.

Ich würde unseren Gesamtaufenthalt anschlagen 7/10. Es war nicht schlecht, es war aber etwas preiswert im Vergleich zu den Immobilien in der Nähe und der Pool mit Kosten ist zu hoch. Mehr Punkte * Nahe dem Sonnenaufgang (Wanderweite) * Balkon * Zimmerservice jeden Tag * Sauberes Waschzimmer und Toilette * Polite Staff Plus Punkte / Negative Punkte ( hängt von Person zu Person) * Zu ruhig und dauert viel Zeit, um zu Touristenplätze zu gehen * Nicht viele erschwingliche Lebensmitteloptionen in der Nähe, aber hat fantastische Orte und bequeme Geschäfte in der Nähe * Die zusätzliche Gebühr für die Nutzung des Pools ist zu hoch (10000 krw/person/Tag). Negative Punkte * Kann nicht Kunststoffflaschen füllen, trotz deren am Frühstück eine Trinkwasserstation haben, würden sie nicht zulassen, dass Sie es verwenden. Es ist ein wenig Heuchler, weil sie nicht Kunststoff-Ausstattung für grüne Initiativen bieten, aber wenn wir gesagt haben, wir wollen nicht Plastikflaschen jeden Tag und wollen nur unsere Wasserflasche füllen, sie freundlich abgelehnt. * Ein bisschen teuer als einige Hotels in der Nähe dieser Gegend.
