隔音太差了。大早上4點多被海鷗吵醒了。

My partner and I visited Penzance for an evening and a day. We stayed at this lovely hotel and had a lovely Sunday roast. Pudding was delicious, espresso creme brulee and pear crumble. The staff checked in with me about my non-dairy milk and double checked when i ordered my dinner. The staff were lovely and friendly, the room quaint, cosy and clean. Lovely local products available to use and a great bar stock. We also had breakfast there. We felt relaxed and welcomed, I would highly recommend to stay and shall be visiting again.

Our room was small but I loved all the touches. It isn’t your typical sterile looking hotel room, this room was full of personality. From the Smeg refrigerator in a fun coral color to the wall container for the sugar cubes, tea and coffee to the lighting to the cute placement of the snacks and oh the cutest and most cozy slippers! There isn’t a lift and of course we were on the top floor but the hotel is full of charm and the staff is so friendly and helpful we really enjoyed our stay.

We spent three days in Penzance on our trip through Cornwall. The Artist Residence is a cozy place with lots of character. The restaurant serves delicious and hearty, yet unconventional dishes. The room was small but lovely. Parking is a bit tricky though

pit stop on the way to the Isles of Scilly, it was wonderful - i had a lovely cozy room - with a great selection of nibbles / drinks - in a smug firdge - a delicious dinner and breakfast and a warm welcome - thank you oh and the Bradley toiletries are fantastic

I have been staying here for a number of years now whilst doing a painting course in Newlyn and fully expect to return next year. The hotel is stylish with good public spaces inside and out. Staff remain the key asset being the perfect mix of friendly and efficient. My double overlooked the back and was fine for one person but might be a squeeze for two. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite shower was ok although it took a few minutes for the water to come up to temperature and water pressure is a bit mild. Towels are nice and fluffy, the toiletries are good and there are slippers but a bath robe would be welcome. There was a small fridge which was useful but the mini bar products were just layed out on the two shelves which are really needed for guests having them in a basket that sits on one shelf would.be better. Breakfast is not included but I did try the granola which was excellent as was the capuccino and pastry.

We stayed in the cottage as a family of five - it is a great space and perfectly equipped - cosy and characterful with enough space for us all. Dinner in the restaurant was superb and they had an excellent gluten free selection for our coeliac daughter. Highly recommended!
