Ibri Hotel

We found the Ibri to be an incredible value. It is a small (4 room) funky place in Selcuk, located right next to the St. John Basilica and within easy walking distance of the town restaurants. Nina, our hostess, was extremely friendly and worked hard to meet our needs. Although not fancy, my wife and I both found the breakfast to be the most enjoyable one we had in Turkiye as it was freshly made by Nina and personally served.

A perfect cozy place. Our favorite place to stay, feels like home. Nina was the best. She accommodated and assisted us in any and every way she can. We love all the details of the hotel, the art styles and handcrafts of the owner. The place looks well thought off and everything fits perfectly. It is highly recommended to experience such place in Selcuk.

We recently stayed at Ibri Hotel in Selçuk, Turkey, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the city center. It's a small, home-like hotel, with a the most welcoming spaces. Nina, our host, was especially attentive and helpful. She made sure that we had everything we needed, and she was always happy to answer our questions. She even went out of her way to help us book the taxi for visiting Ephesus ancient city & Mary’s house. The hotel itself is charming and cozy. It feels like a home away from home. Our room was very comfortable, and the bathtub is to die for. Why Ibri Hotel is Selçuck’s best accommodation option: 🌺 The breakfast is included in the fee. 🌺 The hotel is close to many historical sites, such as Ephesus and the House of the Virgin Mary (request a round-trip ride with Amir for only 30€ ) 🌺 It’s walking distance from Selçuck’s Castle and the Train Station 🌺 The hotel is a great value for the price.

I’m not sure why this boutique hotel is rated so high. I believe we were overcharged for the room in what is advertised elsewhere and the reservation system is a bit confusing. The room was horribly small, the street noise was loud, the breakfast was stale bread and jams and our room was never attended to during our stay. I’m not sure what has happened to the hotel but once you walked in you noticed a woman hovering over a wood stove to keep warm as it was very frigid. The small desk area and dining area is littered with mismatched artwork, statues and figurines. While the location is good there are much better places to stay in town.

Accolti all'Ibri Boutique dalla gentilissima Nina, che gestisce il piccolo hotel. Posizione molto vicina al centro e a da ristoranti tipici e molto buoni del paese. Ottimo anche per la vicinanza al sito archeologico di Efeso. Le camere sono molto confortevoli e molto pulite e inoltre si può godere di una terrazza per la colazione. Complessivamente molto buono, grazie soprattutto a Nina.

Uno dei migliori hotel in qui abbiamo mai alloggiato... Personale gentilissimo e attento a non farti mancare nulla. Colazione ricca e abbondantemente buona. Stanza favolosa e accogliente con arredamento ricercato, molto pulita. Posizione in contro a Selcuk, comodissima per esplorare Efeso. SUPER CONSIGLIATO
