"Stayed for a night here due to car workshop in the nearby area to avoid Weekend custom jam.
Decent hotel for a night stay, However shower drain clog. Causing a flood in the bathroom during shower. Water heater doesn’t seem to be working well. Mostly cold water all the way.
Bedsheet / Pillow there is a smelly smell. Minor stain here and there.
With the price paid, can’t seem to expect much.
Plus point, hotel parking."

"This street has become much quieter compared to my previous visit while staying at this hotel. However, there’s an Indian disco further down the street, and you can hear faint music at night. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be a concern. For me, it’s still manageable. Overall, it remains a good choice for my stay."

"Due to the recent flooding, the lift was not functioning and I was allocated the 4th floor. Although the hotel allowed cancellation, I had no choice but to accept it as I arrived to check in after 6 pm & it’s too late to check other available hotel. Room was ok and counter staff was courteous and helpful."

"Quite new. Even 2storey this hotel have lift. Room quite small but practical. Comes with ID. Price can be cheaper with similar star as compared to KL, eg Puteri Ampang, Easy Hotel, Palm Inn all of them are stone away from Ampang Point shopping complex."

"Room is considered clean but a little old. Some fittings are falling off. Should consider a renovation or do some proper maintenance. Mattress is very soft, some people may or may not like it.
Quite quiet at night, few eateries with good food and mini mart close by. Overall ok. Parking not difficult to get.
Would recommend for short stay."

My wife and I recently celebrated my birthday at the Hyatt Place, and it was a special experience. The hotel surprised us with a welcome cake, which was a lovely touch. The room was immaculately clean and spacious, making our stay comfortable.
The location is fantastic - being directly below a huge mall is super convenient. It's perfectly situated for shopping, dining, and exploring the area.
The only downside was that the pool was closed when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing. We're not sure what the reason was, but hopefully, it's resolved now.
Overall, despite the pool being closed, our stay was wonderful, and the hotel's amenities and location made it a great choice for our birthday celebration.

Parkwagen vor dem Hotel.
Wir bleiben auf dem oberen Stock, um in der Innenstadt zu stehen, so dass es ruhig ist.
Trotzdem ist die Decke präzise, ich denke, das Dach leckt wahrscheinlich während schwerer Regen. Also besser nicht auf den oberen Stock. Andernfalls sind wir alles andere wert für Geld.

Definitely recommend and would come back again if I am shopping at the nearby shopping mall (Paradigm mall and Sutera mall). Just that the window is dusty which I didn’t want to pull up the curtain.

JJ@mieDie Lage ist großartig und es gab eine Familienmart direkt neben dem Hotel, aber Zimmer-Aircon war zerstört . Wir waren nur dort für ein paar Stunden schlafen und waren zu müde um 12:30am zu wechseln Zimmer . Ort ist kosteneffizient nur für eine Haltezeit über .
Die Türverriegelung war auch nicht zu gut funktioniert und wir mussten den Stuhl hinter der Tür setzen.

The room was clean and comfortable, though toiletries were minimal, so I'd suggest bringing your own if you're particular. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and good service!

AafiqaliyaHäufig hier bleiben wegen seiner Lage in Skudai & in der Nähe des Flughafens Senai. Anständiges Hotel, sauberes Zimmer & Toilette. Jedoch, keine Zahnbürste & Zahnpaste bereitgestellt. Jedes Mal, wenn ich hierbleibe (unterschiedliche Zimmer) treten immer Probleme mit ihrem Wasserdruck (Schlucken & Duschen) und Leck in der Toilette. Der Ton der Rohrleckagen in der Nacht ist wirklich störend. Die Mitarbeiter sind jedoch reaktiv & setzen Anstrengungen, um den Bedürfnissen der Gäste gerecht zu werden.
