I liked the hotel, it's a 10-minute walk to the center, there are paid underground parkings and free parking spaces nearby if you travel by car. It was cold outside at night, 1-2 degrees, but it was warm in the room thanks to radiators. There was even a heated floor in the bathroom. Basic breakfast)

Good hotel for one-two nights. Clean and in good location. Walkable distance to most must seeing sites. Across the street is a bus station to/from Madrid.

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione dei pullman . Vicino all' acquedotto romano , 5 minuti a piedi....10 minuti dalla Cattedrale e circa 15 dall' Alcazar.personale gentile ,stanza ampia letto e cuscini comodi. Ottimo prezzo ,ottima qualità.ottima scelta.

Good location across the street from bus station...5 minute walk into historical center. Continental breakfast is very good for 7 euros. Rooms are basic and comfortable, bed a little hard. Walk in shower and basic toiletries supplied. Small TV and fridge. Air conditioning. Wardrobe. Rooms need updating . Staff are friendly and helpful .

A modern, clean hotel with comfortable rooms and an elevator. Staff did not speak much English, but we managed. The breakfast had good options and a nice coffee machine to brew your own cup. Very convenient location for the attractions and paseo in the evening.

This hotel has so much potential but is let down with its lack of essential amenities such as in room Tea & Coffee making facilities and its dated decor (can't emphasise how much!)...etc. It truly is a 2-star hotel that really doesn't pack any major punches except for its location which is handy to all the major travel sites, bars and restaurants. The attached restaurant is adequate and breakfast was a real hustle & bustle due to the tight environment. At times, the restaurant attendees appeared a bit flustered as they navigated their way through tight areas. We were here visiting familia and quite a few of us. A subtle gesture of a board welcoming our fanily, would have gone a long way. Afterall, we generated quite a bit of revenue for them.

Good value for money in a perfect location with a short walk to the Aquaduct. Some free parking outside the hotel if you are lucky. The hotel was very clea and the staff friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi and air conditioning Excellent breakfast. 😩 Very hard mattress !!

Booked here 2 nights on a group tour. Because we were part of a group we likely got one of the worst rooms in the hotel. The location is good and the included breakfast was decent, but . . . Very small room with cramped bathroom. A/C struggled on a 75 degree day, No room safe, refrigerator didn't work because it was unplugged, dirty glass was neither cleaned nor replaced. We loved Segovia but I would have preferred a nicer hotel.
