"My wife and I stayed here 4 nights while on vacation. Front office staff were very nice & friendly. Sechelt tourist office is a block away. This place used to be the Driftwood Inn and got completely renovated (including the adjacent Fred’s restaurant) 1.5 yrs ago. They have 28 rooms, 5 waterfront, on 2 floors. Sechelt is a nice town in a beautiful area. Some of the rooms on the 2nd floor have a view of the water, but we stayed on the 1st floor with no view. Nice waterfront walking paved path steps away with some trees & benches. The price seemed reasonable, the room OK, not great, TV channels mediocre at best. Lots of very nice wooded parks with walking paths nearby. The nearby Lighthouse Pub & Grasshopper Pubs are very nice. We took a very nice 90 minute boat tour, Pender Harbour Tours, a short drive from Sechelt."
