The property is accessed from it´s own grand private driveway with electric gatesThe layout of the bedrooms is as follows: 2 x large en-suites one opening onto the the rooftop terrace and the other leading out onto a poolside patio, each have double beds. The third bedroom, of equal size has two single beds which can be made into one double. There is an ensuite bathroom.The open-plan living room has three sofas and Satellite TV (UK and German), and the dining table seats eight guests. There is a large, fully-equipped Kitchen and also a large Bar-B-Q for outdoor cooking.Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living roomThe House has its own Solar-Panel-System and is therefore CO2-NeutralCentral heating system in the living room. In addition: Wood burning stove in the living area.
