"I had stayed in Hilton Garden Inn Danzhou Yangpu, China from 3rd to 6th July. I want to express my positive experiences during my last three days' stay in Yangpu on Hainan Island, China. First, I met so many staff working in the lobby who were always showing smiles and warm greetings, especially Ms. Tide Lin as a great example of the very good impression I had during the check-in and check-out procedures. Second, I had a problem with air conditioning in the room, and Ms. Tide Lin reacted immediately to send a service engineer and offered me a new room to avoid any inconvenience from the A/C during my stay. Last, when I requested to extend my stay for a few more days due to a change in my schedule, all your staff responded well and treated me warmly. I felt so impressed by the well-trained staff and their positive working attitudes."
