Als ein Einzelreisender ging ich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hipster chic. Das Essen im beigefügten Ben Paris Restaurant war großartig! Jeder, der dort gearbeitet hat, war unglaublich schön und sehr hilfreich. Wandern Sie weit von so vielen großen Seattle-Attraktionen: Fähren, das Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Market, Unter der Street Tour sowie The Can Can Can Culinary Cabaret. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Parkplätze - wie die meisten älteren Großstadthotels gibt es keine beigefügte Parkplatzstruktur. Die bezahlte Parkplatzstruktur ($10-$32/day) ist etwa 1 Stadtblock vom Hotel entfernt und ist etwas schlau, wenn Sie wirklich spät/zu früh kommen. Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen! Ich genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt dort!

Die geografische Lage ist hervorragend, direkt neben dem Markt von Pike und dem weltweit führenden Starbuck. Es gehört zu einer Hotel-Stil-Wohnung, es gibt Küche und öffentliche Waschbecken. Die Geräte sind alt, aber aufgrund der Lage nicht berücksichtigt werden können. Keine zentrale Klimaanlage, es gibt einen erwärmten Desktop-Ventilator und direkt aus dem Fenster gezogene Windröhren, die dazu führen, dass die Fenster nicht geschlossen werden können, und der Autosaudio ist sehr groß an der Straße. Das Hauptmerkmal ist die Selbsthilfe-Registrierung. Das Hotel übermittelte kurze Nachrichten über die Tür, die Tür und das Leiterschreiber. Wegen der Trip.com-Reservierung habe ich keine Kurznachricht erhalten, was zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem ich die Tür eintrate, nicht wissen, ob ich ein Passwort eingeben möchte. Mehrfach mit dem Druck ziehen, verursacht das Rezeptorpersonal Fehler und Verdacht. Kein Parkplatz, viele Parkplätze umgeben, aber sehr teuer. Die Nachtparkgebühr liegt zwischen $ 36 und $ 72. Das günstigste Hotel, das auf dieser Reise in den USA gelebt wird, ist die Lage sehr gut, die Umgebung ist auch sehr sicher. Ausfahrt ist der Parkmarkt am Meer, und es gibt viele leckere und gute Tee. Die Atmosphäre des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Service-Einstellung ist auch großartig. Der kleine Bruder der Rezeption empfiehlt viele genießende und lustige Orte. Das einzige, was beachtet werden muss, ist, dass Sie sich bei der Buchung von Trip.com an die Art der Zimmer erinnern, wenn Sie sich aufhalten. Ich habe Trip.com von Queen Deluxe reserviert, dem King (die Rezeption sagt, dass die Queen, die sie angezeigt haben, aber die Rezeption hat mich am Tag auf King aktualisiert), ich habe mich erst beim Rücktritt bemerkt, und sie haben mich geeinigt, den Unterschied zurückzugeben.

Sehr schönes Hotel. In der Nähe des Pike Place Market. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum ersten Geschäft von Starbucks. Es gibt Internet Bakery Russian Bakery nebenan. Die Lage ist besonders gut. Ich hatte das Glück, ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu erhalten, um das Riesenrad zu sehen. Das Hotelzimmer hat einen Wasserkocher (das ist wichtig für die Chinesen). 🛏️ Sehr groß und bequem. Es gibt Bademäntel. Ich habe es auf dem Markt für nur 10 Dollar gekauft. Ich habe gerade noch rechtzeitig zu Weihnachten einen Blumenstrauß gekauft.

Absolutly perfect rocation to enjoy the seeatle city Only 1minute's walk take you to the pike place market very friendly staff, nice travelers from all over the world. I love it. They offer breakfast but I didn't have it so I can't ahve any comment about it.

Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA. Skyscrapers overlook Elliott Bay in Seattle’s compact Downtown. Shoppers buy local crafts and produce in vibrant Pike Place Market, with its eclectic restaurants and food stalls, or hit big-name stores like Nordstrom. The busy Central Waterfront has a giant Ferris wheel and the Seattle Aquarium, while cultural attractions in the wider area include the Seattle Art Museum and the 1928 Paramount Theatre. Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. HOME TRUTHS: *Currently there is significant construction happening in the area of the building. *Unit is west facing and will warm quickly in the afternoon during the summer months. *Building is located near underground train tracks. *The sides of the tub are very high and it has a metal frame along the top of the tub for the shower door. It is not ideal (and probably unsafe) for anyone with mobility issues and this would not be a good unit for them. Enjoy beautiful views of the Sound and Olympic Mountains when staying at the only waterfront condominium in Downtown Seattle. Equipped to accommodate 8 guests, this 2BD/2BA is perfect for the entire family. ***ATTENTION: Starting Feb 2025, construction on the trolley tracks in front of the building (Alaskan Way between Virginia and Blanchard) will last ~8 months. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm, with occasional weekend/overnight work. Alaskan Way will be reduced to one lane 24/7, with temporary parking restrictions, but sidewalk and building access will remain open. (No warning required for fine.) ***This property requires a $300.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by us prior to your arrival. The $300 security deposit is a requirement to book a stay within the Homeowners Association of the Building. You will be required to upload your credit card into our secure guest portal for a $300 pre-authorization hold. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA. Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in. You'll be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we'll send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.
