Return to this home base to enjoy a high quality sleep on adjustable Sleep Number mattresses, or stay in and catch up on your favorite Netflix show. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 970 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance. The townhome complex is located off to a side street away from the main road, ensuring a quiet stay. **Floor Plan** • First Floor: Living room with twin trundle day bed (two twin mattresses); kitchen, dining. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed and working desk, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioned. • Fourth Floor: Rooftop patio with outdoor seating **Home Highlights** • Great location: Walk score 96, Transit Score 79 (9 min walk to Caphill Link Light rail), Bike Score 88 • Great floor plan - bed & bath on different levels, perfect for group travel • Mini-split air conditioning for the summer heat • Big windows with lots of natural light, and black-out curtains to ensure a good sleep • Kitchen is stocked with high-end kitchen appliances (Nespresso, Instant Pot, Air Fryer), cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • Both beds are Sleep Number with adjustable firmness; high quality linens • High speed internet (up to 300 mbps) for streaming or remote work need • 50" Ultra HDTV w/ Roku - Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus & ESPN logged in for use • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs • Rooftop patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and an al fresco experience **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. . • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot. **About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; $50/night pet fee charge will be calculated and please select the pet fee add on during check out. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
