This floor has newly installed AC in each bedroom. Third floor - where the master bedroom sits. It includes a full bathroom (shower, double vanity). This room has AC. It has a dedicated workspace too. Rooftop - stunning views of city skyline, Space Needle, and mountains. High end outdoor furniture and firepit are provided. Parking - One outdoor parking spot is available at the back of the property. The parking spot is pretty tight and not suitable for big cars though. Remember many properties in Seattle city do not provide free parking!
