The Aloft hotels are always small, but practical and reasonably priced. This hotel is no different- good rooms, handy store, and a relaxing lobby. Staff at the desk are good as well Only issue is the hotel shuttle - waited at the airport for an hour and it didn't show up. I gave up - it doesn't run on a regular schedule but if you need to call to be picked up, this needs to be communicated better. The SFO shuttle was better as it was shared with another hotel but always ran every 15 min, so you knew one would be there soon. If that is sorted, I would stay again.

Ich blieb in diesem Hotel über Nacht vor dem Abflug nach SeaTac für einen frühen Morgenflug. Ich musste mein Elektroauto bei einer der beiden Ladestationen (zwei nicht genug) laden und als ich um 10 Uhr ankam, wurden beide Ladegeräte verwendet. Die Vordertafelperson (Emanuel) prüfte regelmäßig die Parkplätze für mich und rief dann an, um mir zu sagen, dass ein Platz verfügbar war. Obwohl er mir das bei der Eincheckung geboten hatte, dachte ich nicht, dass er tatsächlich durchfahren würde. Vielen Dank für den oben und darüber hinaus persönlichen Service!

The people at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. The room wasn't fancy, but I was only staying one night. I just needed a place to shower, sleep, and repack my bags. I like that it was close to the airport. There is a 7-11 up the road for a wider variety of snacks.

Das ist ein fantastisches Ort, um zu bleiben, wenn Sie einfach den Flug ändern. Sie haben den Shuttlebus zum Flughafen, und klar, Sicherheitsplatz. Die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfreich, insbesondere der Shuttlebusfahrer, unterstützen immer Gäste mit dem Gepäck. Wert für diesen Preis. Sie werden sicher wieder bleiben.

We booked this hotel for one night on our way from the Seattle airport to a Cruise to Alaska. The hotel is in a good location close to the airport and they have a free shuttle which takes about 5 minutes from airport to hotel. Our room was very nice and clean with a very fancy walk-in shower, comfortable bed and good TV and programming. They have a very large and nice dining room with a good, free breakfast. Also, they offered shuttle service for a fee to the cruise port and back to the airport which we used. We were very happy with the place !
