Inn of the Four Winds Seaside Oceanfront

There is no staff on duty. You have to drive to another property to check in and get your keys. No ice machine, if there is, there was no visible signage to show us where. The walls are super thin. Could hear neighbors snoring n talking.

Great room! Beautiful views, spacious room and very quiet. Could use some vending on site, but thats ok.

The hotel was mostly clean, comfortable, easy to find and in a great location. 2nd floor views were great. Had to check in at a sister property. It's not too far of a walk at all to broadway for restaurants and shopping. The bed was firm, fireplace was really cool and I appreciated the big tub to soak in. My criticisms are the trash can beneath the sink was not emptied from the last visitors and had garbage in it that smelled up the room so I had to tie it off and not use it. One of the washcloths had a big brown streak on it which was really gross. The balcony wasn't usable because it's carpeted and was soggy. The texting option was not useful as no one ever responded when I tried and no staff is on site so... this is why I didnt rate 5 stars or leave a tip. All in all, I'd stay again but the trash issue was pretty gross and communication is sub par.

From check in to check out and everything in between. Staff was friendly, kind and so helpful. This was the cleanest room in any hotel I have ever stayed in! No mold in the grout anywhere!! The beds so comfy!! Fireplace was awesome, put out just enough heat to warm us up. The Chris in the room so comfortable. Awesome view of the ocean and incoming winter storms!! Safe, secure, quiet!! Will come back in a heartbeat!!!

The property is absolutely great in general. The only negative about the property is that it could use some soundproofing between rooms and floors. You can hear the TV from the connecting rooms beside and below.

This is a nice hotel on the Promenade which is a great asset. It’s an older hotel with some remodeling done.

This is a great place to stay next to the ocean. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. You can see the ocean from the room. The room has a mini fridge, microwave and wet bar. It is a little difficult to regulate temperature, but nothing that would keep us from staying again.

The property is very nice and clean. The view is beautiful. The only downside is parking.

Beautiful beach right out the door. There’s little here that is walkable but the beach is fantastic. It is a bit inconvenient to have to go to a completely different place to pick up the key but the space inside was nice. Entrances are all motel-like facing the parking lot. There’s no central space which is fine. There’s no Front Desk.
