Guests have access to a private deck with outdoor dining table overlooking the inground pool. The pool is available seasonally (Memorial Day - Labor Day) and is shared with the other condo owners. Additionally, guests have access to a private storage room stocked with beach and pool gear to use throughout their stay, off street parking for 1 vehicle in parking lot, street parking is free if additional parking is needed, 4 seasonal beach badges($260 value) and a variety of classic board games.Host is a message or phone call away. The apartment is on the top floor of a multi family home right across the street from the open bay. Across the street is a dock that you can crab/fish from that rents boats and wave runner's along with a restaurant. 3 blocks away from the legendary seaside heights Boardwalk and beach. The property has a pool, grill, bikes, beach chairs and a full kitchen to make you feel right at home. Mostly everything in the unit is brand new, from the furniture to the flooring and carpet.
