Enjoy this 2 bedroom/2 bath, single family detached pedestal home that is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house is close to the club house and beach club. This lovely home has one bedroom upstairs with a king bed and full bathroom that includes a bathtub, off the bedroom. The main floor has a lovely living room and an incredible kitchen. There is another updated full bathroom with a gorgeous large walk in custom shower on the first floor. This lovely townhouse is updated with fine finishes. There is also a full size washer and dryer tucked away under the staircase, behind the shiplap. For additional guests, there is a sofa bed and a blow up mattress. There is a back deck that looks over the golf course. We have a new Weber grill just off the back porch. Our guests can grill and watch the golfers play the course as you prepare lunch. The townhouse is a few minutes from the beach. This stunning home offers a smart TV and has a fully stocked kitchen (spices), high end appliances (including air fryer, electric kettle), beautiful West Elm dish ware and glassware, a Nespresso coffee maker with pods (and a second drip coffee maker).
