Early check-in? - Possibly. Because the booking calendar is constantly changing, we won't know if an early check-in is possible until a few days prior to your arrival. Please contact us a few days before your stay if you’d like to request an early check-in. Late check-out? - Possibly. If we don’t have a check in that same day or scheduled repairs we’re happy to extend check-out for up to 1 hour. No EVENTS. Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are approved with the expectation that the home will be booked for at least 2 nights. This home has a strict no-pet policy. This home has a strict no-smoking policy. Guests violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 Cleaning Fee. Scottsdale has adopted a new noise ordinance to help protect the neighbors and neighborhood from unruly/loud vacation rental properties. This ordinance shall pertain to any and all properties located in Scottsdale, AZ.
