I booked a few weeks ago and I rang about a ground floor room after they emailed to say there were no lifts. Sian was extremely helpful. But then I had to change the date and again Sian was friendly and helpful and the room she allocated is clean, spacious and I’m very happy. I only checked in a little while ago and Lesley on Reception was again friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this Hotel again if a bus is available to Southampton. The staff I have dealt with were top class.

When I arrived I was made to feel extremely welcome by Sarah. She explained everything I needed to know about parking, access after hours and check out times. My room was clean, fresh and warm. I enjoyed my stay at Travelodge, Scotch Corner and I am sure inwill be back in the near future.

I only paid £28.99 for a Thursday night! Great location for either a touring base, or to break a long journey. Recently tidied up outside and now with a brand new look inside, this hotel is delivering a good nights sleep in a warm and comfortable environment. I always request an upstairs rear facing room to block out any disturbance from the footfall and traffic using the services. Always happy to stay here.

This Travelodge has had a facelift since we last stayed a year ago. It's certainly made a difference. Clean, modern and comfortable. Reception staff are so nice. Wonderful bed gave us a good night's sleep.

Stopped off unplanned due to bad weather. I'm diabetic and as I was trying to book online I made a mistake as my bloods has dropped and affected my concentration. I was trying to rush the booking so I could get settled and stabilised. After eating I was still a bit hazy but the receptionist Sarah took control of the booking error and sorted everything out for me allowing me time to get back to normal. Top class hospitality from Sarah. Thankyou very much.

The Staff ( Leslie) and the night staff were fantastic, very helpful and made us welcome. The room was clean bed very comfortable. The shower great , oh and there is a bath. Would highly recommend staying here , great value for money. The staff helped by getting an iron and ironing board, numbers for taxis, told us about the local places to go. Just book it.
