The structure has rooms and apartments with daily cleaning done by Mrs. Maria (very good and very kind), fruit always available together with the coffee machine with pods, plus a fridge and kitchen to organize a dinner to enjoy on the terrace overlooking the sea on the 2nd floor. TV both in the rooms and in the common area on the 1st floor and obviously wifi. The owner who manages the reservations is assisted by a very good collaborator, Massimo always, always available and for excursions and / or rentals the Balboascilla, in the person of Rocco who manages it, also super organized. In front there are many beaches, personally I have been to Lido Francesco, 2 minutes walk from the structure so very convenient as well as being very valid. Sorry if I have gone on too long but the Balze really deserves it, I highly recommend it, they are really good and attentive to everything. Have a good holiday!"

"Ein Urlaub in Chianalea ist ein Glück! Auch in diesem B&B zu bleiben kann ich sagen, dass die Kirschen auf der Tasse!!! Neue Umgebungen, mit sorgfältiger Geschmack und Geschmack mit den Farben des Meeres. Alle Morgens ist das Zimmer perfekt gereinigt und das Frühstück in einer Bar mit zwei Schritten ( Casa Vela auch dieses unverschämte Zimmer). Das Zimmer, in dem ich auf der Mansard-Ebene geblieben bin, hat eine große Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und von dort können Sie eine wunderschöne Landschaft bewundern. Was sagen Sie dann über den Besitzer? Mr. Mimmo:eine Person, die so nett ist, wie sie bereit ist, jeder Aufforderung zu entsprechen. Ich hoffe sehr, dass ich wieder an diesem Ort zurückkehren kann und empfehle dem B&B MadameTita! "
