I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided during my recent stay at Tiger Valley Resort. My experience was so disappointing that I feel obligated to share my concerns in the hope that it will prevent others from having a similarly unpleasant experience. First and foremost, please do not believe the property pictures given here; they are very old pictures, and this property is shabby and squalid. My stay was plagued by a myriad of issues that speak to a severe lack of commitment to basic standards of hospitality. Here are the key grievances: Rude Management and Money-Minded Approach: The behavior displayed by the management team and the owner. It was evident that the owner, Mr Jay Kumar is more focused on financial gains than on delivering a positive guest experience. This money-minded approach directly impacted the quality of service provided. *Lack of Hospitality Knowledge: It became apparent that the owner lacks fundamental knowledge about hospitality and customer satisfaction. This deficiency in understanding led to a complete disregard for basic amenities that should be standard in any hotel room. *Absence of Basic Amenities: My room lacked essential amenities such as a kettle, water bottles, glasses, and toiletries. Basic necessities that are expected in any accommodation were sorely lacking, making my stay incredibly inconvenient. *Poor Quality Bed Sheets and Curtains: The quality of the bed sheets and curtains in my room was subpar. It is disheartening to pay for a room only to find the linens in such a dismal state. Shockingly, the curtains were bitten by mouse and the mouse can be seen running in the room. This is not only a severe health hazard but also a clear indication of a lack of hygiene and pest control measures. *Cold and Unappetizing Food: The food served was consistently cold, with very limited options and its quality was far below acceptable standards. This contributed to an overall negative dining experience. *Unresponsiveness to Guest Requests: The staff and the owner, in general, showed an unwillingness to fulfill basic guest requests. It was disheartening to be met with a 'no' for every inquiry or need expressed during my stay. *Unmaintained Property: The overall condition of the property was disappointing. Lack of maintenance was evident in various aspects, from room conditions to common areas. In light of these issues, I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider booking a stay at Tiger Valley Resort. The combination of rude management, a money-minded owner, and an overall disregard for basic hospitality standards make this establishment an unsuitable choice for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
