To top it all off, convenience is having 3 parking spaces which is almost unheard of in downtown Savannah! One is located on site and two others are in the parking garage across the street. The lower level of the property has 2 luxurious bedrooms with private baths. The master bedroom offers a King bed and the guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Each get their own full tiled bath with large step in shower and plenty of fluffy towels. A library style seating area offers cozy swivel chairs for a quiet read and a half bath conveniently located. The living room has large glass doors for plenty of light leading to the balcony, a great place to enjoy your coffee or tea overlooking the city. A comfortable sofa and chairs with large flat screen TV are the perfect place to lounge with family and friends after a day in Savannah. The living space is open to the dining area which seats 4. Parking instructions were a little confusing. There is 2 spots directly behind the unit and 2 in the Liberty Parking Ramp. We did not use these but the instructions said down the lane? There was a communication error between the thermostat and ac unit on the last night we were there, but contacted the host and someone came out immediately and fixed it.

Simply unbelievable! We are a group of 10 hockey moms from Boston — have been traveling together for 17 years and everyone agreed that this was, hands down, the best home we have ever rented. The location. The elegance. The bathrooms. The sitting area! Just perfect. The only thing they don’t have was a hair dryer. Other than that, wow!

Incredible location. The house is amazing and the rooftop is amazing. Very well appointed kitchen and perfect for large families or groups. The downside? Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and our air conditioning didn’t work two out of the three nights we were there. Lots of outside noise but that’s understandable being downtown. Pro-tip: use the washcloth to wedge in the bathroom door to keep it closed.

Our Family Thanksgiving at this amazing property was awesome. There were 10 of us and the home far exceeded the expectations of everyone. The spacious kitchen and dining room afforded us the perfect setting for our Thanksgiving dinner. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Everyone agreed that this will be a destination spot for future visits to Savannah.

This property is amazing. We had a college reunion trip and the location is perfect. Walk everywhere, and the pub downstairs was convenient! The roof deck is accessed only by the tiny elevator. Some felt a bit uneasy in it, but very safe just small. Property had everything you need, fully stocked kitchen, and very clean. Would book again!
