Stay in this newly renovated early 1900s village home in Saugerties! Located across from the expansive Cantine Field and only a stroll away from the vibrant village. Modern amenities meet historic charm with a complete renovation, updated furniture, and a stylish interior. We have everything you need: self-check-in, off-street parking, security cameras, complimentary coffee/tea, laundry, and bath amenities.
The space:
Welcome to the heart of this home, where a spacious kitchen takes center stage. A welcoming 4-person island and a complimentary coffee/tea station set the tone for your day. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances, including an electric range and oven, a water dispensing fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
Move seamlessly into the inviting dining room, accommodating gatherings with a 6-person seating arrangement—featuring a 4-person dining table and additional 2-person buffet seating. A fully equipped bar cart adds a touch of sophistication to cater to your beverage preferences.
In the living room, unwind on the large L-shaped sectional by the electric fireplace. Enjoy entertainment on the 65" smart TV with WiFi and YouTube TV included. A selection of board games are also at your disposal.
There are two full bathrooms in the home—the downstairs bath features a sleek stand-up shower, while the upstairs counterpart boasts a luxurious tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms feature heated floors. We provide amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a portable magnifying lighted mirror, a hair dryer, and a clothes steamer/iron. A laundry area with a new washer and dryer is also ready to meet your needs.
Discover three tranquil bedrooms, each adorned with brand-new Nectar mattresses/pillows and individual TVs. Ample storage for clothing is provided in each room. For those in need of a workspace, an office area on the upstairs landing awaits.

We refer to cleaning checklists to clean each room thoroughly. We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
