Kommen Sie nicht hierher, denn es gefährdet Ihre persönliche Sicherheit Die ganze Erfahrung war extrem schmutzig. Das Wasser war gelb und ich konnte es nicht waschen. Das Sicherheitssystem war sehr schlecht An sich ist es nicht sehr gut, aber nachts wartet nur eine weibliche Mitarbeiterin an der Tür, um ans Telefon zu gehen. Unten an der Rezeption antwortet oft niemand  und dann und wann am Abend springt der Stromausfall an, der ganze Raum ist völlig dunkel  und die Einstellung des Managers ist extrem schlecht  Wertsachen ohne Schaden im Safe selbst eingesperrt  Am Abend wurde erneut festgestellt, dass der Safe beschädigt war  Die Gegenstände wurden jedoch nicht gestohlen, also sofort am nächsten Tag  Weiteres auschecken Gab Fotos zu sehen  Bitte um Überprüfung der Sache  Dann hat der Manager nicht aufgehört anzurufen über  beschuldigte uns zu Unrecht, den Safe kaputt gemacht zu haben  wollte, dass wir eine Entschädigung  den ganzen Tag belästigt wurden, verantwortungslos sagten uns, wir würden entweder zur Polizeistation gehen, um ihr Hotel bei der Polizei zu melden, oder die Einstellung zur Entschädigung war sehr schlecht 

Ich bin wirklich zufrieden, die Rezeptionistin ist wirklich nett! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem! Es gibt auch einen sehr wichtigen Balkon. Ich habe die Rezeption gebeten, mir bei der Suche zu helfen. Wir hatten ihn jedoch bereits ausgecheckt und für den Kellner in einen Müllsack geworfen es für mich! 😭So rührend

Die Zimmer sind schön. Ein bisschen weit weg von allem haben zwei Swimmingpools auf dem Dach für die Leute, die genug Party haben oder eine private Party suchen... SUPER RUHIG SUPER RUHIG SUPER RUHIG

โดยรวมดีมากๆเลย แนะนำให้พักห้อง 207 ห้องใหญ่ มีอ่างจากุซซี่ ไม่อึดอัด นอนสบายมากๆ

ห้องกว้าง แต่ค่อนข้างเก่า อ่างจากุชชี่ใหญ่มาก ลงพร้อมกันได้ 4 คน ไลน์อาหารเช้าน้อยไปหน่อย รสชาตธรรมดา พนักงานต้อนรับยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสดี

สถานที่ดี คุ้มราคา จากุชชี่ในห้องสะดวกสบายมาก คุณพ่อคุณแม่ชอบมากๆค่ะ สามารถมองเห็นวิวทะเลจากดาดฟ้าได้

คอสต้า วิลเลจ บางเสร่ โรงแรมเข้าไปในซอยไม่ไกลมาก อยู่ห่างจากชายหาดบางเสร่พอสมควร เช้าๆ อาจพอเดินไหว แต่กลางวันแดดร้อน ขับรถไปชิลๆ ดีกว่า 🏨โรงแรมตกแต่งด้วยโทนขาว ฟ้า เรียบง่าย ดูมีเอกลักษณ์ ไปถึงมีเวลคัม ดริงค์ ให้ด้วย ภายในห้องตกแต่งโทนสีขาว ทำให้ห้องดูกว้าง สะอาดตา ห้องน้ำก็แยกโซนแห้ง โซนเปียก อุปกรณ์ห้องน้ำครบครัน น้ำไหลแรงดี 🔥ไฮไลท์ของที่นี่ คงจะเป็นจุดชมวิวชั้นดาดฟ้า ช่วงเย็นมานั่งชมวิวพระอาทิตย์ตกสวยๆ รับลมเย็นๆ ก็ดีไม่น้อย 🚙บริเวณโรงแรมค่อนข้างแคบ ที่จอดรถค่อนข้างน้อย แต่โรงแรมก็บริหารจัดการได้ดี

We stayed there december 30 to january 1 2025. We decided to go back there for the 4th time and to celebrate our new year as a couple. Well, what a way to end our year. It was kind of a nightmare staying there. Firstly, we were checked in to a different room that we had booked. 2nd, the veranda where the jacuzzi was placed, was very filthy and filled with bird poop. 3rd, the small stair well going to the jacuzzi is also used as a door to access the bottom part of the jacuzzi tubes and motor and the smell was horendous. It smelled like a dead rat in a sweaty wooden cabinet that was locked for months. We had to place wet towels to cover the gaps so we won't gag or puke at worst. 4th, we asked the guy to cover the jacuzzi access room and the guy said wait and he will be back but lo and behold, he never came back. 5th, when we transferred to another room the following day, it was better than the first room. No more foul smell... buuuuut, water was the problem, we run out of water and when it was finally back, the color of the water was quite dirty. Like broqnish, greenish color. We could've complained because we were a paying customer but we just ignored it so the staff can have a break on us. I dont want them to think that we are the asian karens. 6th, plug at tge tub in the shower/toilet room had a rusty screw that i almost fell and hit the glass wall because i accidentally stepped on it. 7th, the jacuzzi is deteriorating and no maintenance are marked around it. You can tell by the chipping parts and rough surfaces and rusty water sprouts. 8th, the 2 blue pillows with theese words "sleep" and "well", are also dirty and ypu can see from the letterings that it had been a while since the last time it was washed. 9th, the walls inside and outside the rooms are fading and chipping of as well. Lastly the hallway smells awefull. All in all, we will never go back there again. It was a hidden gem for us when we first went there. It just simply declines everyime we go there. It pains me to point all these things out but it is necessary. I honestly think that the owners had ignored the hotel for a long time now and you can tell it once you're there. Anyways, i still wish them well and may the owners ba able to bring it back to it's former glory.
