Amenities and beach access are not expected to be affected. 2br 2 bath in a 49-unit complex-all the comforts of home! Fully equip kitchen-King size bed in master bedroom, double, twin in second bedroom and pullout couch in the living room. Other units available. Enjoy swimming in the oversized heated pool situated on the ocean side. Also, bocce court, shuffleboard and an exercise room. Restaurants and grocery store located across the street. So Many Unexpected Memories Made This was probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Not only was the condo in a perfect location and a great fit for our family, and the host was excellent with communication, but on our first night we were lucky enough to see a rocket launch right from our balcony. We also got to see sea turtles every night, coming up to nest, crabs, and dolphins all right outside on the beach. We stayed in the first week of July. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t talk about it be about it! You won’t regret it!

Excellent location and very nice, updated unit. Direct access to the beach and right on A1A with good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Host is very responsive. Building is a soft V-shape. So you can see other people’s balconies across the pool. Just a warning for those who can’t handle that. It was not an issue for us. A few K-Cups to get you by on the first morning until you can get to the grocery store would be nice.

Perfect Beach Vacation Beach views from balcony were amazing, as were shell hunting, boogie boarding, and sand. Pool was huge and heated for kids when we needed a break from the ocean. Directly across street from Dunkin, Publix, movies. Pull out couch was even especially comfortable.
