The property is as good as the pictures. The stay was amazing, rooms were really clean, the food was great too and the hotel staff were really nice. I would recommend everyone to visit this hotel if you’re travel-ling to mahabaleshwar.

We recently visited Mahableshwar and stayed at Rockford Resort in Mahabaleshwar and we had a great experience. The resort is 8kms away from the city and The resort is surrounded by beautiful valleys and mountains and you can actually see the clouds below the resort. Our room had a valley-facing view, and waking up with this view from balcony was amazing. The infinity pool also faces the valley however it was very cold to actually swim. The treehouse dining was another highlight you can use this as private dining experience. The whole place gave us vibes of Kashmir right here in Maharashtra, this looks like Kashmir of Maharashtra. The staff were friendly, and the service was great. Overall the breakfast and food was great and very nice experience and stay at Rockford.

Stayed here overnight for experiencing the hill side morning fresh air on the new years eve. Rooms are average and so is the ambience. Very local. Food was good. Probably why there were more people showing up to eat than to stay. Be aware the monkeys. We left the room early morning for a walk and returned only to find two boxes of cashews missing. Were told by reception it must be the monkeys although we were pretty sure no doors or windows were left open.

I had my best holidays there. Must try once ‘ so closed to nature, very sincere & polite staff,

Pathetisches Ort, schlimmster Service, Wir blieben dort 3 Nächte 10-8-23 bis 12-8-23. Zimmer waren stinkend. Badezimmer nicht in Arbeitsbedingungen. Hot water kam niemals in den Morgenstunden. Bitte nicht durch Schwimmbad Foto attraktiv werden, Der Pool ist wie 300 m von den Zimmern entfernt und das auch in gefährlicher Stelle. Telefon in den Zimmern funktionierte nicht. Sie haben nicht genug Personal und was sie als Personal haben, hören Sie nicht auf die Kunden. wir waren 4 Paare und Kinder und wir leiden während des gesamten Aufenthalts. nur Gehen Sie zu einem anderen Hotel nicht zu diesem.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very polite and supportive. Special thanks to Mr. Brijesh for the wonderful hospitality and to Mr. Vijay for cooking the variety of delicious food. They also provide assistance for getting strawberry from nearby strawberry farm. Thank you team Fragrance !! Keep it up. Will certainly visit again.

The movement we arrived, greeted by the soothing sights and sounds of nature. Every meal was delightful fusion including farm-fresh ingredients and expertly crafted recepies. But truely elevated my experience was the presence of the farms attentive manager, who seems to anticipate our every need with effortless grace. From arranging farm visit to offering insightfu recommendation for their dedication to ensuring our comfort n enjoyment was truely commendable. The food was not only delicious but also a wonderful reflection of the natural bounty around us. Especially MR. SUJIT PAWAR dedication towards guest satisfaction while having food was evident in every interaction, making us feel truely valued n care for us. As we left the nature escape, we felt rejuvenated and deeply greatful for the experience. The combination of exceptional food and outstanding service from the attentive manager created a memorable stay that we will cherish for a long time.
