Good stay experience. The villa was clean and hygienic. The caretakers were helpful and cooperative. Food was also good and reasonable. Having a private pool was a good experience. But the filter motor in the pool was not working. The pool water needed to be cleaner but was manageable.

Positive points 1. Location is excellent, right off the highway and so easy to find 2. Very good parking facility in the basement that makes the car safe through the night. The security team also offered to wash the car in the early morning, if required 3. Check-in and check-out was quick and smooth 4. Restaurant is great! i have stayed here twice overnight and both times, i loved the restaurant food and service. View of the highway and city from restaurant is great, food is delicious with quick service and good hospitality 5. Good basic facilities like 2 elevators, luggage pickup, basic amenities in the room etc points that can be improved 1. Basic room quality. I stayed here 2 years back and the room quality this time was pretty much the same. I had booked the premium room but the bed size was not sufficient for 2 adults and 1 kid. For such families, king size beds should be provided. The room looks very basic and does not give a premium feel. 2. Bed quality itself wasn't great. It had the creaking noise anytime anyone moved and was just not comfortable. 3. Room linen (towel etc) didn't look fresh and looked heavily used 4. The basement parking is great but the entrance from there to the lift is difficult to get in as there is a brick fence of 1-2 feet around it. Not a problem for normal people, but will be a problem for elderly people. Overall, good for one night stay for single person but for small families expecting large bed or elderly member in family wanting to stay for multiple nights, little tricky.

It has parking area, playing area and lawn area. On the terrace there is sitting arrangement which can be enjoyed at morning and night with lovely views. The bungalow is located 700m from Mahabaleshwer bus stand. Lodwick point and sunset point is on walking distance from our place. The place is more relaxing and worthy to spend your precious time with your family and loved ones with a lovely views and green forest side.
