Es gibt eine privaten Parklplatz und alles kann fußläufig erreicht werden - Altstadt Sassnitz, Hafen Sassnitz, Kreidefelsen, Bahnhof, Supermarkt,...... Indoviduelle Ferienwohnung mit zwei Dachterrassen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Wohnhauses (im Eg ist eine Zahnarztpraxis).
