"We had a lovely stay. However, we provided our Hilton honors number twice and it still was not added. Hilton honors added it for the stay but the hotel would need to add for the incidentals which they will not. The assistant manager Nicole has not been helpful and she will not provide the general manager’s contact info. Unfortunate end to a nice experience. She has tried to tell me to follow up with American Express even though they have nothing to do with what I spent on food and beverage at their resort. Would be the equivalent of a few nights stay so I would like the points I earned."

"Die Hotelszene ist ebenso gut wie die Fotos, sehr charakteristisch, die Software ist sehr gut und die Kinder mögen es sehr. Es wird stark empfohlen! Es wird empfohlen, ein Paket zu wählen, um einen einzigen Punkt im Restaurant zu zahlen (weil es ein Barbiehotel ist, es ist sehr unkomfortabel, es wird empfohlen, im Hotel zu essen). Das Restaurant ist großartig, der Preis ist nicht aus dem Keller entfernt, das Paket ist dreifach (vorheriges Essen + Hauptrestaurant + Süßwaren), Sie unterschreiben eine Rechnung nach dem Essen, es gibt einen Preis (aber das Paket ist nicht zu zahlen), der Wein muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden, die kleine Gebühr muss auf der Grundlage des Preises dieser Rechnung zu zahlen. Der Blick auf die höchste Szene ist großartig und es ist sehr angenehm, die Sonnenuntergang und die Sterne zu sehen. Der Pool ist im Bergraum, es werden Blätter fallen, während man den Tag kriegt (aber kann nicht erwarten, dass er so sauber ist wie der Innenpool), aber es ist sehr interessant. Ich wollte auch nachts schwimmen, aber ich dachte nicht, es gibt viele Wanderungen in der Nacht, obwohl es nicht schwimmen kann, aber sehr interessant. Das Zimmer im Restaurant kann Golfwagen genannt werden, und es ist sehr bequem, wenn Sie es sagen. Die Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind sehr komplett, insbesondere der Teleskop ist großartig. Das Hotel bietet auch eine Vielzahl an Kurzstreckentouren in der Umgebung, die Sie vorzeitig buchen können, aber da das Leben in der Natur ist die Entspannung und der Aufenthalt im Hotel nicht unermüdlich."

"The B&B is clean, well-kept, and the staff is friendly, which I appreciated. The location is about a 6-minute walk to the beach, which is great. However, there is nothing else nearby. To get coffee, food, or essentials, you need to either drive 8–10 minutes to the next town or walk 35–40 minutes through hills. One disappointment was the breakfast policy. Breakfast was not offered to us because it was only included for guests who booked months in advance. I offered to pay an additional fee for breakfast, but that option was not available. I was told they needed to make sure there was enough food for other guests. While I understand planning limitations, it was surprising that basic items like coffee, tea, or water were not available to all guests. As someone who works in aviation and has traveled extensively worldwide, these are typically standard offerings. Especially at a bed and breakfast and in a country known for its coffee. Not all rooms have TVs, which was not an issue for us since we mainly returned to sleep. However, dogs barking at night made it difficult to rest, which affected the overall comfort. In summary, the stay was pleasant due to cleanliness, friendly staff, and proximity to the beach, but clearer breakfast policies, access to basic amenities would significantly improve the guest experience."

Der Service war wirklich wunderbar und verbessert unser Aufenthalt hier - es macht so einen Unterschied, wenn Leute schön sind, wenn Sie weg von zu Hause sind. Das Hotel hat eine "normale" Seite mit Bars und Poolmusik sowie eine "quiet" Seite in der Nähe des Spas ohne die Musik ...so war es gut, die Wahl von Vibe zu sitzen. Das Hotel ist ganz gut geführt: eins, das wir gerne eingeweiht haben und eins, das wir sicher zurückkehren würden."

"The staff was semi-friendly. The food was horrible at almost all restaurants. Barely any pool chairs available by 11am. A friend was discriminated and harassed by under aged guests that were drinking alcohol. The resort believed young kids and forced my friend to remain in her room her entire trip till her stay was over. Total ****** and discrimination against security! My room key deactivated every single day! My phone was never near it. Restaurants closed way too early around 9pm. Woke up to a roach staring me in my face the night before leaving. I highly doubt NOT recommend this resort. The don’t believe in compensating for bad experiences at this resort. I love the country but will never be back here again. If you’re black steer clear. Lots of ****** onlookers like you’re living in the 50s. Was even flipped the bird for no reason whatsoever. Photos online are very deceptive. Not real furniture. Seem like bad wood work. Not a real couch or headboard. Best thing to eat was at the bakery."
