No Floridian villa would be complete without a swimming pool, and ours is no exception. Whether you want to practice your lengths or just fancy a quick dip, you won’t be disappointed. The private pool is seasonally heated during the cooler months and is 35ft long, meaning you’ll have plenty of space to splash around in. Worried about sunburn and insects? Not a problem – the area is fully screened and shaded so you can relax in peace and comfort. Once you dry off, you can enjoy a light lunch on the lanai – which benefits from a dining table and overhead fan – or cook up a feast with family on the dedicated grill. When the day is done and it’s time to turn in, we have a wonderful selection of cosy bedrooms to offer. Both master and second bedroom benefit from king-sized beds and walk in wardrobes, (with a en-suite bathroom for the former). The third bedroom has two lovely twin beds, which are impossible not to fall asleep in. More than 6 of you? Not an issue – the living room sofa folds out into a ridiculously comfortable double bed, for that extra couple. As well as fresh bedding, we also provide all towels (with extras on-site), so all you need to think about is what bed to claim! Parking is no issue either, as there is space for two cars on the driveway, as well as a further two in the double garage, which has both an electric external and secure internal door for easy access after a long day out. The space also doubles up as a utility room, and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and a dedicated drying area.
