Very beautiful and calm place,nice experience ,clean rooms,and very spacious, service was also very nice, enjoyed! Thinking to visit soon again in November Only approach road is very lonely otherwise,it's nice

Property is decent to stay, need your own car to travel around. The road leading to this place is not good. Good was good, services were good, but delays a bit. Room service was available on demand. Overall satisfactory experience

I always read some reviews before I book a place to get some "TRUE and GENUINE information" which I don't think folks give and this is why sometimes I like to take the risk to try it out and found out that.....This place is fabulous, quiet, serene a friendly pet name BUD(Dog) who takes you to the beach, but this time the entry was shut. The staff is helpfull and quick even tho they have a huge property. Food is amazing especially the chicken handi. You can hear the sound of the ocean from any room you book.

Lovely place, but horrible access We had s fantastic time, once we managed to treach inside. Lovely, sprawling property, and the friendliest of staff, led ably by Ronit Devlekar. Simple, nutritious food, repared lovingly... Very helpful attitude, esp. about going to town and getting stuff, etc. All in all, highly recommended!

Nice peaceful calm an tranquil place. Perfect for a weekend relax far from rush and noise. Lot's of birding potential around the property. Excellent food. Quite satisfied with the place. Will go once again

I have booked the property for Feb 25-27th weekend through Mr. Deepanshu and team.. although over call and before booking the response was superb.. but due to medical urgency when I have cancelled the booking for which they have confirmed for 100% refund.. and also confirm over same over mail post cancellation that amount will be refunded back in 10-15 days.. but even after multiple followup and mails not getting revert.. so looks like this is fake website and either they made some call routing.. through which they are taking booking for the property.... I am planning to take legal action.... So if you are looking for booking will not recommended to book this property... Over net or call...

The access road was terrible. Place is not maintained well. It is big property but no maintenance and the access to this is beyond access. My suv got scratches from sides of bad kaccha road. It is impossible of someone try to reach back hotel in night or late evening. So we get restricted to hotel. Staff was good. All electricals plumbing and ac's are in dying situation. We took bath in different room as there was no warm water. Ac was cranky so we need to switch off that. Ruined my anniversary at this great place.

1. A lot of things are dependent on a single person which leads to him working a lot and eventually failing to meet to expectations. 2. The room that we were given was not good enough for the price demanded, the electrical connections were not working and still staff did not want to move us, only after a lot of attempts by then to fix it and it not working, they budged. 3. The road to the resort is not good and location is very remote for them to be asking the price they're asking. 4. Very few options for food, we ordered the food 5 hours before and still were given the option of not available just before the dinner.
