It's a horrible hotel. Rooms are shabby and has a typical governmental set up. Staff is non cooperative. It's bit away from city centre. Food quality is is also terrifying. Please please don't don't even think of staying there.

Property is not at all well maintained. Cleanliness issues for rooms. Staff was polite and quite helpful but still the property is not value for money because of poor maintainence of rooms

The room tariff misleads customers. We paid similar amounts of rs 3300+ taxes for three suite rooms, but one of the suites was smaller compared to the other two. On enquiring, the front desk at the hotel informed us that they have only two large suites in the entire hotel and the third suite is marginally smaller. They had no clear answer to why the prices had been kept the same. We were three friends ***** with their respective spouses, and the couple which got the smaller suite, was disturbed and blamed the other two for purposely booking a smaller suite while paying exactly the same price. Moreover most hotels at remote locations have a reasonably priced dormitory accommodation with freshening up facilities for guests' drivers/helpers. These facilities are rather overpriced at toran.

Hotel rooms are ok ok, not so good nor so bad, i'm food you will get gujrati thali only, breakfast you have 2-3 items

The resort is standing on a very good location, the breakfast & main course served was very good quality & variety. Over all staff members are politeb& prompt in services they provide. Only sad part is that, this property needs better maintanence of rooms, i. E. Broken handles of cupboards, broken towel racks poor drainage system. Please improve all interiors. We would visit again & recommend this property to our family & friends.

We stayed with my family for one night. Stay was nice and comfortable. Delicious gujrathi thali was served in the package. Value for money.

Hotel stay was good
rooms were clean, food was good, view from room was also good
but we are paying 2500 +gst and they are not providing water bottle worth rs. 20, i think this is not a good gesture
also my room view was not good & i have asked to change my room but they have nor agreed & told me to pay extra money. That’s it

The hotel was very nice. On prime location. But old property and not maintained rooms properly. Food was delicious ( gujarati thali. Staffs are polite and humble. Thanks

Poor Facilities. Rooms stinking all the day. Administration doesn’t care to do anything in spite of knowing the problem. Blaming weather. Room hot water tap not working properly. Hot water only for 1 hour. Had to mange with bucket from another room. Breakfast is ordinary. Not much variety. Food taste is good.

Saputara has been developed as a planned hill Toran Hill Resortwith all around the necessary amenities likeboat club,ropeways and a museum to ensure an enjoyable holiday in the cool of the hill. Saputara is only 172 km. from Surat and 250 km from Mumbai. Saputara will soon have its own airport as state government is considering the plan. Maharashtra state border is only 4 km away from Saputara. Excursions from Saputara can be made to the wild life sanctuary in the Mahal Bardipara forest, 60 km. from here and to Gira Waterfalls 52 km away.
