You are already getting overwhelmed when you enter the impressive lobby and get welcomed by the friendly staff at the reception. Rooms are large and clean with a nice bathroom and efficient AC system. Furthermore there is a large and comfortable bed with fluffy pillows, writing desk, sitting area, large flatscreen TV and french balcony. At the basement there is a large SPA area with indoor (whirl)pool, finish sauna, steam bath, hamman and treating rooms. At the same level you can also get rid of all your energy in a complete fitness room. The food is excellent with a great variety of choices at the different buffets for breakfast, afternoon tea and diner. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is surrounded by a big garden in all shades of green with walking track, ”à la carte” restaurant and 4 different swimming pools and 1 baby pool with many sun beds and towel service. This hotel is an amazing place for a relaxing, comfortable stay or congress events. It is a perfect family and child friendly hotel with a lot of animation during vacation periods.

Der Service des Hotels, die freundliche Betreuung des Personals waren sehr gut. Der Raum und die Massage waren sehr gut. Es gab Masseuren, die ihre Arbeit aus dem Balen gut gemacht haben. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir haben im Winter den Aquapark nicht genutzt, aber er sah auch schön aus. Wir waren froh. Wir möchten den Sommer wiederkommen ☺️

3 günlük seyahatimiz için, 2 aile toplam 8 kişi Aslıbey Konağını tercih ettik. Ailelerine ait olan konakta, bir aile işletmesi olarak hizmet vermekteler. Bahçesi, tarihi dokusu, eşyaları ve dekorasyonu ile çok güzel bir konak. Ailesi ilgisi, alakası ve samimiyeti ile çok yardımcı oluyor.. Kahvaltısı mükemmel, pişilerine bayıldık. Konağın konumu çok merkezi. Ayrıca sapanca civarında vakit geçirebileceğiniz, yemek yiyebileceğiniz, sosyal aktivitelerde bulunabileceğiniz yerlerin bir listesini veriyorlar. Biz listedeki yerlerin bazılarını denedik ve memnun kaldık. İlgi, alaka ve böyle güzel deneyimi bize yaşattıkları için teşekkür ederiz.

First I would like to say that this facility has the best quest relations service ever that I faced, but i will come to that later. I stayed at ”Stone House with Swimming Pool” for 4 nights with my family. The furniture, 2 bathrooms and kitchen must be renovated, to be honest all house has to be renovated, it is an old house. when you look at exterior photos you really like the house but do not forget to ask for the interior photos as well. 1st we realize that hot water system doesnt work, they send someone and fixed it properly. Then we realized that wifi doesnt work at all. They send someone the other day and nothing happened. The wifi at that particular house is the slowest and worst internet that i faced so far. It took ages to open one single page. The sheet on the bed was stained. Next day we file our complains and they send 2 cleaning ladies which they had done a good job and cleaned whole house from top to bottom which had to be done at the beginning. Other than those problems garden was good and covered with trees and walls, it has a private garden and private parking spot for 1 car. If you have more than 1 car, no problem, there are plenty space for parking. Guest relations was very sincere, kind and helpfull, and they took immediate action for our complaints. Whenever we need support they were ready with their great attitude. They have a cafeteria in the middle of facility and there was a lady who put her feet on the sofa. I tried to ask her something which she didnt answer and Didn't even bother to get her feet off the sofa. Then it appeared that she's one of the owners, that rude attitude can not be accepted, she's so lucky to have such perfect guest relations service (Cigdem, Buse & Elif). The house that we stayed ” Stone House with Swimming Pool” has to be immediately stop accepting guests and renovation has to be started.
