Great location to the Sapa station to the town area , room was okay for us 2 adult and 2 kids , we enjoy the stay , breakfast is simple but it’s sufficient to us . Great and super experience .

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

Очень классное уединенное место в горах! Сервис отличный! Брали бунгало выше по склону от основного здания и остались в восторге! Я нигде так не высыпался)) до города на такси минут 7. На ресепшене можно поменять деньги. Отличный завтрак, и хороший ресторан. Цена выше на 2-3к чем в других отелях но оно того стоит. Персоналу отдельный респект! Всегда помогут, всегда на связи. До склона с домами отвозят на карах в любое время и забирают тоже при необходимости. В домах есть всё необходимое, даже фонарь и электрическая мухобойка😀

Das Hotel ist recht gut, freundlicher Service, saubere Zimmer und höfliches Personal. Gummipantoffeln, Handtücher und Bademäntel sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer verfügte über einen Fernseher und einen Safe, die jedoch nicht nützlich waren. WLAN ist im gesamten Hotel stabil und kostenlos. Wir wohnten im dritten Stock – vom Fenster aus hatte man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge. Aber unten züchtet einer der Einheimischen Geflügel – so wurde jeder Morgen vom Krähen der Hähne begleitet. Es hat uns nicht gestört, aber denken Sie daran! Frühstück ohne Gurken, aber ganz ordentlich und nahrhaft.

Das Hotel bietet einen schönen Blick aus dem Balkon, wir haben unser Zimmer aufgebaut, um ein Balkon-View-Zimmer zu erhalten und es kam mit einem so vernünftigen Preis. Das Personal ist so ödlich, freundlich und hilfreich. Der beste Teil des Hotels ist der Mono-Bahnhof zum Mount Fansipan ist nur neben diesem Hotel. Gr8 Erlebnis dort, wahrscheinlich das Beste Hotel in Sapa. Sicherlich Nächstes Mal werde ich für das gleiche Hotel wählen. Nur etwas ist, sie sollten einige Optionen in ihrem Frühstücksmenü für Vegetarier hinzufügen. Worth a Stay 👍

Das Spa wurde zwar aufgrund der Feierlichkeiten des Neujahres geschlossen, aber das Hotel ist wirklich erstaunlich. Die Service und das Essen sind ausgezeichnet, und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Der Wechselkursdienst ist auf US-Dollar und Euro begrenzt. Wenn Sie andere Währungen umwandeln müssen, kann eine ATM für Ihren Komfort in der Nähe gefunden werden.

Das Hotel ist sauber und hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und günstig.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in DelaSol. Wir haben ein Bergblick mit Balkon reserviert und die Aussicht war erstaunlich und atmen nehmen. Es gab für uns komplimentäre Nachmittagsthee, wir werden definitiv in diesem Hotel bleiben, wenn wir Sapa wieder besuchen.
