Wow, schon die Empfangshalle zu diesem wundervollen Hotel hat mich beeindruckt. Holz, Wärme, liebevolle Menschen, zurückhaltende aber ursprünglich gehaltene Einrichtung, liebevolle Dekorationen. Einen herrliche Terrasse zum Verweilen für Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Zimmer stilvoll, gross mit vielen geschmackvollen Extras, herrliche Bäder mit besonderen aromatischen Badeartikeln. Überall Security, man fühlte sich sehr sicher. Das Personal aufgeschlossen, stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich einen Aufenthalt wert. Kleines Manko, der winzige Pool. Positiv der Gym und die wundervolle Aussichtsterrasse auf dem Dach mit kleinem Pool und Kaffee. Wer Ruhe in dieser hektischen Stadt sucht, der ist hier richtig.

This is a Brilliant property, nowadays, my top favorite would say. I could not get over the amount of beauty and local flair. Decor is magnificent for my taste . Big downfall is the service, front desk is not pair with the brilliance of the property. When they get that fixed, it will be fantastic.

The Rosewood Hotel Sao Paolo is an architectural and design masterpiece. So many outstanding features including an entranceway of wood, warmth and light, beautiful art work in the hallways and rooms, unique room entrance door handles, a courtyard oasis of lush foliage reveaing a bar and pool. My room had a dreamy bed, soaking tub and a tv hidden within a mirrored door that could rotate for your preferred viewing angle. The unique ice bucket handle was also found on the room service food covers and sugar bowls. I had a delicious breakfast of pastries rivaling the best bakeries, delicious fruits, and unique brazilian staples. The superb staff are professional and friendly and set the tone for this hotel gem. Starting with the doormen who welcome you into this space. I thank the hospitality and knowledge of Agnes at check-in. Concierge staff worked hard to fullfil requests. And I thank Otto the skilled driver who drove me to the hotel and back to the airport in the hotel jaguar. My only regret is that I didn't stayed longer!!

This is a super cool hotel. Not totally operational. No steam room yet in spa. Rooms are very beautiful and comfortable. Very chic and playful design. Definitely one of the nicest and luxurious hotels in the world with excellent and attentive staff throughout the hotel. Only problem is the pool and jacuzzi are so cold, hard to enjoy and relax in what should be the hang-out spot of the hotel. I could see on a hot day, they could drop the temperature. It has been rainy and over cast during our trip and not fun taking what feels like Arctic plunges — jacuzzi is luke-warm and water is smelling and murky.

Perfection to say the least! We had a short stay at this property at the suggestion of our travel planner. After a long day of travel we checked in at 2AM. The team was expecting us upon arrival and check in was flawless. As I am a bit of a hotel snob and have high expectations I usually find fault with the first room I am presented. Not the case here. The room was beyond my expectations with the smallest detail I could anticipate addressed. Magnificent decor and the most comfortable amenities. The Philippe Starck designed property wowed me in each area of the property. Although our stay was only 17 hours we wish we could have stayed for days!

Breathtakingly beautiful. Original architecture and design. Motivated staff. Tons of fresh air. Safe and secure. Wonderful sheets. Perfect mattress. Endless towels. Easy check in. Excellent service—from turn down to unpacking. São Paulo is an Alpha City—but Brazil is still a developing country and if you insist on perfection you will be just a little disappointed. The internet can be sketchy—and was out or beyond slow for most of one day. The staff loves the hotel but they are local and don’t have access to the long-term training facilities and programs that international six-star hotels rely on. That said, my experience was nearly sublime. Thank You to everyone who works so hard to keep this hotel original and delivering great service.
