Villa Hostel SP - Próximo ao Allianz Parque e Paulista

The place is nice, quiet, the common areas remain clean and it helps a lot that it is close to the metro station. However, the cleaning in the standard single room is not appropriate, the sheets, pillowcases and sleeping quilt were visibly dirty, with stains and it was obvious that they had not been washed in a while; Additionally, the curtain in the room was also dirty and broken, the bathroom, although clean, showed rust in parts of the shower and there was no hand soap. The cleanliness in the room could improve a lot to make a pleasant stay.

I have to try and be as objective as possible. Ordinarily I would rate this place 5/5, perhaps even 11/10. The area is very good indeed and the property is situated only a few minutes from the metro and supermarkets. The staff were amazing..truly amazing. The WiFi was excellent, breakfast was included and laundry was available for 30R. Netflix alongside plenty of seating areas including a terrace are also an added bonus and some drinks and snacks can be purchased here too. However....the moment I got into my bed on the second night I pulled over the blanket, and was frantically bitten by a bed bug which I caught and squished. I wanted to leave, however, not having the energy I requested another bed the next night and I didn't have issues, though I removed all the pullover bedding which is used by multiple people without being washed.... Another guest checked into the very bed I left and was scratching all night. Usually I have a default 1/5 for bedbugs, but I'm going to give 2.5/5 which will auto rate to 3/5. Bed bugs are completely unacceptable and nothing was done about it, though everything else in the hostel was fantastic.

Fiquei 3 dias no Villa Hostel na Vila Madalena em São Paulo recebi um tratamento humanizado,carinhoso e educado. O lugar é ótimo para descansar durante a noite é silencioso, o banho é quentinho o cafezinho da Joana é uma delícia ao lado do metrô e terminal de ônibus realmente muito bom para locomover-se na capital, desde o primeiro contato com eles percebi que são atenciosos e respondem prontamente. Se você quer se hospedar em um hostel e pagar com ótimo custo benefício pode fica no Villa Hostel tranquilamente,Sr Cláudio, Luisa,Michaela,dona Joana estariam lá para te receber de braços abertos.

Prós: Todo o pessoal (com exceção da senhora que faz a limpeza) muito educado e solicito. A localização é excelente também, metrô, restaurantes e supermercado perto. O hostel é bem limpo e tem cozinha completa. A tv tem bastante opções de canais e Netflix. O Wi-Fi funciona ok. Armário espaçoso e com chave. Bairro parece ser bem seguro. Muitas opções do iFood perto. Contras: Achei bem fraco o café da manhã (duas fatias de pão de forma, mussarela, presunto e café). Fiquei no quarto compartilhado feminino que é muitooo apertado pra quantidade de camas que possui, não tem ganchos para pendurar roupas, não tem um banquinho pra gente sentar pra se arrumar (até pq não me parece que cabe). O quarto é muito quente, tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta pra aguentar, só tem um ventilador que não ajuda muito, além de fazer muito barulho e incomodar muito quem tá em cima da beliche. Não tem uma luminária individual, sempre que alguém precisa de iluminação tem que acender a luz geral do quarto. O tempo do banho é contado, eu nem lavei meu cabelo no prazo que estive lá porque com o tempo do chuveiro não ia dar devido meu cabelo ser grande. O barulho das áreas comuns entra todo no quarto.
