設施雖然陳舊但是裝修很好顯得大氣。房間的格局也非常舒適。唯一的缺點是服務非常差,能幫忙辦的事情找各種理由推脱,和上個世紀國企的酒店一樣。位置還不錯,早餐也很豐富。

The worst hotel experience ever. The hotel does not have heating system so rooms are around 18C degrees. When I asked the reason why rooms are cold; the lady in the reception told me because it is cold outside (seems like a joke, but it is for real unfortunately). There are no heaters in the rooms, you have to ask from the reception. They give only a very small sized heater; only capable of heating itself. When you ask for 2 heaters so that you have a chance to warm the room up, they say they can’t do that, make a complaint at the checkout. Really this hotel does not deserve its price. I really don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast buffet is very extensive, there is a lot of choice. Fresh juices, fruit, typical Brazilian food and so much more. Mr Marcos served our table for the period we stayed and he always welcomed us with a big friendly smile and so much kindness. I travel a lot and these little things make such a difference. What an amazing service and waiter. So happy to be here. I travel all over the world but I don’t meet many waiters as him. He makes u feel welcome and gives u great feeling to be there. I can’t wait to stay over and enjoy another drink with him working in the bar.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The building itself was beautiful and welcoming, and the reception staff were extremely nice and helpful. On the last day of our stay, our flight was in the late evening, and we were kindly allowed to stay in our room until 15:00 at no extra charge. The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. One day, we had to work from our room, and room service knocked twice to check if we needed anything, which was very thoughtful. We also received a complimentary bottle of water every day. The breakfast was diverse and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

I hadn’t been to Sao Paolo for a couple of years and stayed at the Grand Mercure. I had the privilege to have breakfast at the Aquarelle, two days in a row. Where my company and I were served by waiter Marcos. From the moment we walked in, he welcomed us with a smile and greeted and served us in a very warm manner. He memorized our orders (6 people) without taking a single note. And everything was served in a effective and timely matter. Seeing Marcos in action reminds us that ‘waiting / waiter profession’ is truly an art. Which in addition to his warm personality, he has mastered.

Bruna and Gabriel are one of the most helpful, patient, attentive, very accommodating and probably one of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered ever. From the little things even some tedious tasks that I requested. Kudos to Bruna for taking Gabriel under her wing as both Bruna and Gabriel made me feel at ease during a stressful hour by having a relaxed conversation.

Renato is a very nice waiter; friendly, funny and a lot of knowledge. We were in the hotel with some colleagues; he gave us advice about the drinks and let us taste the wine before we ordered. Splitting the bill was no problem. So; kind, funny and professional!!

Beautiful interiors, spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast was fantastic. I had a great time staying here and will definitely return. The staff were on the ball but discreet. I had one of the most delicious meals I’ve ever had in the restauran.

Hotel is clean, foods are so delicious , and hotel staff are so nice and friendly as specially in reception and bar . Renato help us a lot , everyone need to try his cocktails ( pisco sour and carprinha were my favorite . I couldn’t have had a better time , thank u for everything .

It is too expensive for the services and installations. We expected to find a 5-star hotel, but the hotel is a standard 4-star overall. I´m very disappointed. The front desk is confused, slow, and unmotivated to do the job. The booking service didn´t work, and my reservation was made wrong. Definitely don't offer a service as they charge.
