Hotels in der Nähe von Praia do Salgado, São Martinho do Porto

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, sodass wir die Lage des Hotels oberhalb des Hafens genießen konnten. Ohne fahrbaren Untersatz ist man relativ aufgeschmissen, da das Haus ziemlich weit vom Ort entfernt liegt. Andrerseits ist es dadurch ruhig und der Blick auf das Meer und den Felsvorsprung mit den Brandung ist nicht zu verachten. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Frühstück gab es in der obersten Etage, mit Meeresblick. Die Auswahl und Qualität des Buffets war in Ordnung, hielt aber keinem Vergleich mit dem Abendbuffet stand. Das Hotel eignet sich gut für Ausflüge ins Hinterland - die sehenswerten Ort Alcobaca, Batalha und Fatima sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich das nette Personal, die Damen beim Check-in hat uns mit allen wissenswerten Informationen versorgt und war superfreundlich, ähnlich wie ihre Kolleg:innen im Restaurant, im Service und auch beim Check-out.

Letztes Mal waren wir in einem anderen Hotel, so dachte ich, wir würden diesen neuen, Hotel Praia. In einer guten Lage, Spaziergang zum Busbahnhof und ein paar Blöcke zum Strand und den Touristenrestaurants und Geschäften entlang der Wasserstraße. Das Frühstück war eingeschlossen und im Allgemeinen war es gut. Große Nespresso Kaffeemaschine! Eier waren süß; vielleicht hat jemand Zucker in sie gelegt? Sausages und Bacon waren nicht unserem Gefallen, aber wir schätzten die Pflaumen, Getreide, frische Früchte und Yoghurt. Das Personal am Vorderbüro war angenehm und hilfreich, aber jederzeit brauchten wir etwas, es war nur eine Person, so musste immer warten. Das gleiche geschah am Frühstück, da es nicht genügend Personal für alle Leute, die essen wollten. Aber jeder arbeitete hart und war sehr nett. Neu, hell und hell, große Zimmer. Sicher nicht arbeiten, sehr sparen mit wirklich keine Dekoration und minimalistische weiße Möbel, keine Hügel im Badezimmer, kein Platz, um Handtücher und Sachen zu hängen. Wi Fi funktioniert gut, schrecklicher Wasserdruck, wie man in einige Hügel und Schranken setzt. Auch, Orte, um in Geräten zu schließen, waren notwendig. Wir sehen nicht TV in einem Hotel, aber das war der kleinste TV, den wir je gesehen haben; wenn es 15 Zoll wäre, würde ich überrascht! Das Hotelzimmer war leider nicht sauber, als wir ins Haus gekommen waren und nie leer gekommen waren. Wir gingen in dem Zimmer in weißen Socken und sie waren schüchtern, und vieles war ihnen gefangen!

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war sauber, aber abgewohnt. Unser Zimmer war im 4. Stock, so dass wir vom Umgebungslärm wenig mitbekommen haben. Man kann vor dem Hotel zum Ausladen parken. ansonsten stellt man das Auto am besten in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage ab. Die ist eng und am Berg, aber soweit ich mich erinnere, haben wir nichts bezahlt. Das Frühstück im 5. Stock besticht mehr durch die Aussicht, wie durch Qualität. Besonders nett war der junge Trainee am Empfang, der seh hilfsbereit war.

Schöner Service und Frühstück in diesem charmanten Boutique-Hotel/B&B in der Stadt Alcobaca. Das Hauptgebäude ist ein schön renoviertes altes Haus mit Zeitmöbeln und Touchs. Es gibt auch ein modernes Gebäude nebenan, das ist, wo wir geblieben. Unser Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren beide sehr geräumig, aber das Layout der beiden war etwas seltsam, und fehlte an der Küche und dem Charme, die ich mir vorstellen werde, dass Sie im alten Gebäude finden. Zum Beispiel hatte das Schlafzimmer eine Königin statt ein Königsbett, und eine alte Mode-„Schlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschlafschla Und das Marmorbad - das größte, das ich je gesehen habe - hatte einen Spa-Tube, auf den Sie steigen mussten, aber keine separate Dusche, aber nochmals gab es Tonnen Raum für sie. Das Frühstück war wunderbar, serviert im alten Gebäude, und der Service war großartig - sehr hilfreiche Vorschläge für eine der besten Abendessen, die wir in Portugal hatten. Einfach zu Fuß zu den Innenstadtrestaurants und dem nahe gelegenen Kloster. Große Lage für die Erforschung anderer Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Obidos und Nazarre.

Esta casa es impresionante. Tiene todo lo que se le puede pedir a un alojamiento rural para desconectar del ruido urbano. Está ubicada en Aljubarrota, suficientemente cerca de varios núcleos grandes de población, cerca de zonas turísticas muy interesantes. A la vez, la propia casa es comodísima, con zonas variadas para juegos, descanso, lectura, piscina, … Tiene muchos formatos de habitaciones y apartamentos para viajar en familia, se aparca dentro de la finca, … El desayuno es excelente, natural, variado… Y la anfitriona y el personal son tan amables y enfocados a la satisfacción del huésped que impresiona. Un gran acierto de gestión, enhorabuena!

Wir übernachteten im Oktober drei Nächte im Hotel „Campanile“ in Caldas de Rainha. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem modernen Hotel mit einfachem Zugang zu den Hauptstraßen, einem Supermarkt in der Nähe, kostenlosen Parkplätzen und einem Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Wie in letzter Zeit üblich gibt es nur Seife, kein Shampoo, also bringen Sie welches mit. Die Lage ist günstig für Tagesausflüge zu nahe gelegenen Zielen wie der Burg von Obidos, dem Leuchtturm von Nazère, dem Schrein von Fatima oder dem Buddha-Garten Eden; alle diese Ziele sind innerhalb einer Autostunde zu erreichen. Es gab ein Missverständnis zwischen ******* und dem Hotel bezüglich der Kosten für das Frühstück. Wir hatten bei der Buchung „inklusive“ gesehen, aber das Hotel verlangte eine Bezahlung; ******* versprach, uns die Kosten zu erstatten (6 Euro/Tag/Person). Wir würden dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage, Annehmlichkeiten und niedrigen Kosten empfehlen.

Though I did not aim for playing golf in this hotel, but it is still worth staying if you plan to stay in Obidos and will drive. The hotel is about 15 min. drive to town centre and parking is easy in the town. Hotel offers free parking and there are quite a lot of park spaces around the area. Some rooms are further away from hotel lobby and restaurant but there are different parking areas around the hotel so that it will still be closed to your room. The room and bathroom are spacious and my room has a stunning view overlooking a large green area and ocean. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean with overall good condition. I had dinner at the bar and breakfast was included in the restaurant, food was ok and you could stay in the bar untill 11pm or 12am (did to remember) if you want to have a drink. You can use the swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) and sauna and you can borrow the robe, towel and locker from them which is convenient. They also have a gym room but I did not use it so I am not sure whether it is also free or not. I will highly recommend this hotel considering the price and everything.

Paguei mais um pouco por um upgrade, mas em nada compensou esse gasto. O quarto que nos foi atribuído, embora aparentemente razoável, tinha bastante pó nas mesas de cabeceira, não tinha tomadas elétricas suficientes, ou seja, tivemos que desligar candeeiros para poder carregar os telemóveis e uma das toalhas de banho estava rasgada. De referir que, normalmente num hotel de 4 estrelas, também oferecem um roupão e chinelos durante a estadia e não foi o caso. Para além disso, ficámos num quarto que ficava num piso equivalente a um 3° andar e não havia elevadores naquela ala do hotel. Fora as questões com o quarto e o acesso ao mesmo, tivemos de marcar uma hora para usufruir da piscina interior. Qual não foi o nosso espanto, quando chegou a nossa hora de usufruir estavam mais 6 pessoas lá! (A piscina interior não é grande, por isso, o facto de haver 8 pessoas a usufruir ao mesmo tempo, fez com que ninguém conseguisse nadar nem estar completamente à vontade). Juntando a isto, a mobília da esplanada junto à piscina exterior, estava suja, com teias de aranha e não tinha sequer uma almofada para dar algum conforto. Finalmente, e a cereja no topo do bolo desta experiência, fizemos ums reserva na receção na altura do check-in, para jantar no restaurante do hotel às 20h30. Ora, quando lá chegámos, o empregado informou-nos que devido a uma falha de comunicação da receção, eles não tinham tido conhecimento da nossa reserva e, portanto, só haviam 2 pratos disponíveis e nem sequer tinham entradas. De positivo, apenas o staff que foi sempre simpático e disponível, mas com muito pouca autonomia para tentar melhorar a situação. Enfim, uma experiência muito àquem da expectativa e um hotel que não merece as 4 estrelas.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived by hire car, the access to the hotel from the main routes was easy and there are some parking spots reserved for guests right outside the hotel, otherwise there seems to be plentiful parking at the back of the hotel (we did not need to use this as we were always able to get a parking space out the front). The hotel is located just outside of the walls of the old town of Obidos with very easy access to the old town and all that is has to offer - there are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute stroll of the hotel. The hotel itself is quite comfortable - good buffet breakfast, nice comfy beds, good water pressure in the shower. We did not eat at the restaurant except for breakfast. It is also very easy to visit places such as Peniche and Nazaré from here. I would stay here again were I to return to Obidos.

From the condition of the villas to the quality of hospitality offered by staff, this was a huge disappointment. The villas have not been maintained, as evident from many deteriorating aspects throughout. Best example are the bathrooms, where the tiles do not lay flat, and the grout is cracked and very dirty. Ditto for the caulking around the tub. There's a skylight which does not let much light in due tot he accumulation of dirt and debris. The villas were two stories, and our downstairs level, which included the kitchen and living area, was overrun with ants. Not my favorite early morning activity to collect and dispose of hordes of ants. Also, we did not know what was decaying off the patio, which is off the sliding door from the living area, but there was a large community of flies which prevented us from using the patio or even going outside through the sliding doors. I requested that the ”resort” address these issues but, in the 5 days we were there they did not do a thing. Also, there were steep stairs leading down to the entry door, and the railing was very loose and covered with some sticky substance. Again, I asked for this to be addressed so I didn't have to worry about falling the stairs, and it was never taken care of. We had dinner at the ”club” the first night and the food was terrible. Finally, we had made reservations five months in advance for TWO villas, as we were attending a family wedding in Obidos. When we arrived, the staff told us that no, we only had a reservation for ONE villa. They were quite insistent, until we showed them the email confirmation of the reservation. Even then, they were not apologetic. They found a second villa, but it was not convenient to the first, but they said that was all they could do. We also discovered that the wedding planner had come earlier with two welcome boxes, since she knew there were two parties staying a Bom Successo, but the hotel staff told her that only one party was staying there. However, they claimed, to us, that the wedding planner only brought the one welcome box. Did they not think we would talk to her and find out they were just lying? We were promised that the hotel would provide a remediation for us (we suggested a significant discount was in order) due to the abysmal treatment and the deficient accommodations but, despite repeated inquiries, nothing was ever addressed. All in all, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
