Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Estava em viagem de grupo e um dos veículos veio a ter problema tivemos de achar o hotel e localizamos o Werlich, aonde o atendimento, a preocupação superaram a expectativa, o atendimento prestou todo o apoio e tivemos uma ótima acomodação, um ótimo café da manha e ainda dicas de onde jantar próximo.

Profissionais cordiais, excelente café da manhã, quartos limpos e arejados. Gostaria de elogiar a acessibilidade do hotel: plataforma elevatória na entrada, elevadores e mobiliário adequado. Os banheiros adaptados não usufruí, pois não solicitei. Parabéns ao hotel!
