Help Yourself Hostels - Restelo

I would never recommend it to anyone. The bed inks are three-floor and you cannot move properly. It was suffocating to spend even the night.

This hostel has employees who I think are owners, they don't respect the guests, especially the cleaning lady who opened the rooms in the morning, she talks loudly in the morning, talking to the girls loudly and a brunette who works loosely, I don't recommend it because it's their sofa in the living room. They drink drinks they take up the whole table for lunch and dinner agent guests there is nowhere to eat I don't recommend me and my family we won't be back

I originally stayed here thru hostel world, which has a 24 hr cancellation notice. I extended my stay and paid cash to the hostel staff for my extended stay on July 25 for Th.-sat. night. He did not informed me of their cancelation policy. I tried to go on their site for the cancellation policy, i could not find any. Another employee tried but could not find any either. I asked another staff and that peraon didnt know. But when I tried to cancel the next day after extending my stay, Guiliana would not refund me my money nor did she ever give me a receipt for my cash that I asked for. In addition, they had the check out date different than hostel world, so she did finally refunded me that day. I just think it's wrong that if you pay them directly with cash and not on the computer, that they expect u to know their cancellation policy when their employees dont know it nor did they tell me about it. Don't stay there! They were out of toilet paper 60% of the time. That's why their rating is like a 1.5 out of 5.
